Ms. Crummey is awesome at this office. She always takes her time with you and takes each concern seriously. She works alongside Dr. Nieves who is also a kind and caring practitioner. I trust them both with my care completely.

These doctors have been a life saver! I have severe arthritis in my spine, feet and hands. I can usually keep my pain reduced with regular exercise and yoga but I had foot surgery recently that went bad and developed a staff infection. Being inactive for the last six months has reeked havoc on my lower back.
Up until I found Texas Pain Relief my pain management consisted of going to the er when pain became unbearable. They would admit me for several days until my pain was under control and then send me home.
Needless to say, this was not the best option. Since going here I am able to control my pain and have been able to exercise again. The quality of my life is so much better that words cannot express how grateful I am.
I think the thing that I appreciate the most is the fact that they really listen and care about their patients before discussing all available treatment plans.

Everybody's always very efficient and friendly and I really appreciate that that means so much to me after working as an office manager in a dental office it was very important how we greeted our patience and how we treated them once they were in the treatment rooms so thank you I just love Dr Nieves and his nurse practitioner Sherry please forgive me I don't remember her last name she's incredible I love her the whole staff is very nice Robert is one of the nurses he's awesome anyway great staff

The doctors at physicians partners of America pain relief group are the best I've ever had. They are kind, empathic, patient, listen to you and work hard to find what works no matter how difficult your case is. If pain is a part of your life then these are the doctors you want by your side.

Local and corporate billing never the same. Strange charges that local office doesn't know about and corporate hounds you over. We finally have pain relief by never going back.

What I really love I never have to wait for a long time and even one is so helpful and caring.

Best doctors office I've been to since 2016 when My journey with health care begun through countless doctors - specialist and primary care to date. The front desk are always pleasant professional and seem caring with open ears that truly listen. The nurses are very matter of fact they get to the matter at hand professionally with a smile they move you along but do not rush or push. Also the nurses make eye contact when asking questions and listen intently as the type your answers for doctor notations. Sharon Crummy NP is top rated in my opinion 5+ starts in every way. When I had to see her instead of the doctor (due to insurance change to Well med which is a - rating) I was leery but she quickly made me feel comfortable and confident with her knowledge compassion and readiness to treat me as a whole person. I left after the first appointment with her thinking she was more informative than the doctor. I've been a patient for over a year now and she is always pleasant caring professional and truly listens communicates while being honest and respectful. She definitely goes above and beyond while expressing her love of her career / her gift of caring for others. And Doc Neives is so bad himself lol but truthfully he is almost as much a blessing as Sharon crummy and the staff.

Everyone friendly, Dr Nieves and Sherri made sure I had a new stimulator put in when my other Dr did nothing to help, they always listen to my concerns, and I feel very comfortable going there. I've had several bad experiences with my pain not being taken seriously some due to me being younger but they treat me respectful here unlike those other places. They still try whatever they can to try to make my pain manageable, they listen, and when I was sad about my Mother passing away last year they we're so encouraging and uplifting while giving sincere condolences thank you all for all you do.
