Dr. Puig and his staff were exceptionally excellent in all aspects. I wish I’ve would of done this process a long time ago. They made me feel comfortable.

I was referred to Dr. Puig from a family member who had the surgery done a few years back. I just completed my transplant and I am very please with the process. Dr. Puig spent about an hour prior to starting explaining step by step the process of where the hair would go and why. I’m looking forward to a full head of hair in about 6-8 months.

Wonderful experience. Staff is very knowledgeable about the procedure and are very professional. The procedure was explained to me and I was allowed to ask questions before we started. I was amazed at how painless the procedure was.

The facility is clean and the staff ensured that I was comfortable during the procedure. After care was carefully explained to me and I was provided Dr Puig’s cell number in the event of an emergency. I am 4 weeks post transplant, and I am pleased with the results.

This hair transplant doctor, Carlos Puig (also referred as butcher) is utterly unethical, unskillful, unprofessional, and untruthful. He lied, he preyed on insecurity, and he botched. He is a salesman and con artist. He went as far as setting up a hustle and bustle during your appointment or surgery day. He also used you to train new hair transplant doctors, called fellow. He chose words to associate with the professional medical world, such as Merck, Baylor, and Cleveland Clinic. And now PHYSICIAN.please give it a break.he is nowhere close to a physician. To whoever minds feedbacks here, the good ones are highly possibly fake, or by Mr. Puig himself. Each bad one is told by either a victim or his competitor.

This was my 2nd transplant with Dr Puig, the 1st was 10-ish years ago … life / kids / yada-yada, and my experience was consistent with my 1st transplant …. Great!

Dr. Puig and his team are knowledgeable, courteous, professional, fair.
I have 2 son's in their early 20's and we are staging their assessment to proactively address their hair loss concerns. I did shop around and visited other hair transplant facilities (to vet pricing / experience). My decision to repeat with Dr. Puig was based on spending my $$ with a doctor having decades of experience and a Staff that is professional, communicative, skilled, pleasant.

Dr. Puig and Diana are a great team … their approach is straight talk / no false realities about what can and cannot be achieved.
I’m 10 days post-surgery and recovering nicely.

Dr. Puig specifically stated the results would be natural and dense. Unfortunately, in reality the transplanted hair was thin and not cosmetically significant. I was very disappointed with the results. I would NOT recommend Dr. Puig to a friend.

I had my procedure in December. My wife and friends laugh and cannot believe how well it has worked. Some of my friends still look at it trying to see any signs of a procedure. Glad I did it. Dr said I will see more growth. I am very happy with what I have now. Procedure was easy. Watched some movies, napped and had some great conversations with everybody.

Dr Puig and his staff were great to work for my hair transplant. They were very experienced and knowledgeable. The procedure was done professionally and with little discomfort. I had very little swelling and I was working from my home the next day. I have female alopecia and I am in my mid 50's. I highly recommend Dr Puig for hair transpants.

I have been a client of Dr. Puig for many years now. I can think of a few less than perfect situations during some visits, but they are miniscule. Dr. Puig and his current staff are very courteous and professional. My only concern now is that Dr. Puig is getting a little up there in age (compared to when I first saw him).

What a loss for the hair loss industry it wil be when he decides to hang it up!

Dr. Puig is the best! I am 100% happy with my procedure. Dr. Puig, Deanna and the rest of his staff are great and made me feel very comfortable. I had thinning in my front and I was losing definition in my hair line. Dr. Puig completely restored my hair line and it looks so natural. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Puig. He is an expert in his field and he definitely knows what he is doing. Thank you Dr. Puig for giving me my youth back!

It has been over 7 months since I had my hair transplant. The transplanted hair has grown up to two (2) inches and I am very pleased with it. Dr. Puig and his staff really did an outstanding job. I look about 5 years younger now and can't wait to look even younger when the transplanted hair has fully grown. You'll be hearing from me again real soon! Thanks Doc!

Great information during the consultation visit, and simply a great staff. All expectations were met regarding my procedure. PHRC is highly recommended.

My daughter went last week excellent customer service. Friendly kind and warm people. Caring and great conversation. They ordered us lunch and made sure we were accommodated. We arrived early in the morning and I was so tired after driving in from out of town to be with my daughter and the office staff placed me in a quiet quaint room to sleep. Wonderful experience highly recommend.

Stellar experience! I completed a FUT for 2,000 grafts here during a one-day procedure and honestly I think the experience was just superb. I felt no pain, was super relaxed and watched movies through the whole thing, aswell as being kept company by a staff of great and friendly people. Prior to the surgery, I was carefully informed about everything about the procedure and even learned a lot about the scientific research side of hair loss from a very well informed and knowledgeable Doctor. They really covered all their bases. 5/5

Good people, great experience, great results. The procedure is, of course, expensive but my impression is their rates are consistent with the going rate in the community for these procedures.

Did a lot of shopping around.almost went here but decided wanted a younger dr n also wanted somewhere dedicated to fue.this place good b/c offer fut/tattoo though not my interest.i give them points for great phone and customer service.
