Wow! Disappointing experience to say the least! The person that drew my blood never introduced herself, didn't verify my name or birthday, didn't explain what she was doing.just poked me in the arm. Besides blood, the order included a urine test. I had to point that out to her, she hadn't even looked at the orders and was going to send me on my way without collecting a sample! I worked in the medical field for 40 years and I can tell you, they did everything WRONG!
I read a response to a complaint that PPL takes issues seriously! PPL, you have a serious issue here!
