Best hospital in town. They are on point and really care about you. If I have any surgeries, I will come here any day! I love the staff, from the front end to nurses and M. D.s.

Everything was very clean an all the staff, nurses, doctor were so nice an very informative. We were very happy an satisfied!

My total hip replacement at Panhandle Surgical Hospital went extremely well. From the moment I walked in the door until I was discharged home. The staff was top notch the kitchen staff went above & beyond. The nursing staff Shawn & Brette, Eddica kept my pain controlled and attended to all my needs. All the staff made me feel safe & well cared for. Dr Crossnoe is the best and I’m extremely satisfied with his care. Thank you Heather for easing my anxiety over the the spinal. Everyone was top notch, the BEST of the BEST! Thank you ALL!

The staff here is wonderful! From the front desk girl, to the meal prep lady to all the nurses in the back that care for you. Zero complaints about anyone!

The nurses and the doctors at this hospital are great. I know that I am in good hands when I'm here. Everyone is very caring and that is a quality that you don't see in a lot of places these days. The staff was great. The facility was clean. They were VERY organized. From check in to check out, everything flowed smoothly.

I could not have asked for a better group of ladies to take care of me before and after surgery. Everyone was so kind and helpful! I had a previous surgery, several of the nurses and techs that
helped me remembered me. It was a pleasure to see them and have them as my nurses, techs, and physical therapist once again. I would highly recommend this surgery center! You will receive the very best of care!

10/10 recommend. The staff is incredibly kind, gentle, and above all, knowledgeable. They enjoy teaching and answered all of my questions with great knowledge and grace. Kim, Michelle, Brenda, and Heather went above and beyond for me. I had two nurses for post-op, but I can’t remember the other’s name. I believe it was Rachel.

The hand written card that I was provided upon discharge was a special surprise.

I recently had the privilege of receiving care at Physicians Surgical Hospital, and I cannot express enough how impressed I am with the level of service and care I received. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff- Janice and Jody-who made me feel comfortable and reassured throughout my entire experience.

From the moment we walked through the doors we were treated with kindness, compassion, and professionalism. I would highly recommend PSH to everyone I know. Thank you for everything the staff did to make me feel comfortable and safe.

Everyone was great from checking to getting ready to be taken to surgery room. Made me feel comfortable and was assured I be ok when I would say I was nervous. Everyone with smiling faces which made me feel comfortable and most of all Dr. Crossnoe as well with smiling face and felt comfortable. Very so happy for praying over me before I went back. Made me feel welcome if that makes any sense. Anesthesia was also with a happy face explains everything to me which was comforting.
Everyone was great from moment I checked in to nurse who started my IV to surgery room to the nurse when I was waking up. Great place and great Dr. To great nurses, and from I remember the surgical tech introducing himself to me was nice as well too. Very positive place and people. Thank you all for caring for me and especially having patience with me.

This is the perfect place to go. Everyone is great. I have always got the best service there and the people are so friendly and nice.

Overall I had a terrific experience at Physician’s Surgical Hospital. Check in was quick and efficient. When trying to start my IV it quickly became evident that my veins were rolling. My nurse sought a more experienced nurse who quickly had the IV inserted. The staff explained in layman’s terms what was getting ready to happen as we went along with the procedure (knee replacement.)
They were very careful to monitor my pain constantly after the procedure was done. The only glitch that I could say even happened concerned the night nurse. She was very competent but not very friendly. My spinal block lasted a long time, until early the next morning. She was in my room for something around 4: 45-5: 00am the morning of the second day and I commented that I thought the spinal block was wearing off. She asked if I was ok and I said I was but that might be changing. She was back in the room before 6: 00am and I asked her if I could please get something for pain. She snapped at me and said I don’t understand, you were fine an hour ago! What? I had told her I thought the block was wearing off. I felt very affronted by that comment. But other than that I received nothing but A+ care. I would definitely return.
