Physicians Surgical Hospitals: Quail Creek Surgical Hospital, Amarillo TX

The care I received at Quail Creek was superlative. The nursing staff, culinary support, and physical therapists all went above and beyond for me. Highly recommend.

The hospital is very clean and neat.staff very knowledgable and caring.i will definitely use them again!

The facility is extremely clean. The patient rooms are large and the doors are heavy, blocking virtually all hallway noise. The staff is kind, capable, responsive and personable.

The entire staff was very pleasant, helpful and professional. I can't say enough about the wonderful treatment we got at Physicians Surgical Hospital. I can't remember all of the names, but Bryan, Lacey plus so many others made the journey as pleasant as possible. Thanks, George Hanna

Clean, fast, very polite, caring. It seems like a lot of medical field employees are loosing their spunk and kindness but it really makes a difference. Especially when you're a person that has to deal with medical often. Thank you everyone!

Everyone was great and so kind. Jeslynn and Ariana were so kind and so polite. I was pretty out of it but I remember these two girls on the first day and day shift. They know what they are doing.very professional! Everyone was great and treated all of us so kindly! Staff is wonderful and I was in good hands. Thank you Dr T Britten and the anesthesiologists!

The ladies up front. Very rude. Dr office said our max was $1400 out of pocket and I showed her our receipt how we paid him already $795. We showed up at 6: 30 am for surgery they still try to make us pay $1400. Said I couldn’t go to the back until I paid. So I asked her to rerun the insurance. She said she can’t.that’s not her job. I had to wait til 8am. I told her I would staying the 1 night and if she can rerun the insurance I can pay that balance before I leave.

Trash. Anyways I ended paying $701 which was half of the amount just to go to the back room. AFTER I PAID SHE COULD NOT RERUN THE INSURANCE.

I was treated with loving care each and every time I was seen at Physicians Surgical Hospitals. Their therapist are very professional, knowledgeable and caring. My seven months with them always left me grateful for the support I received from them. Thank you all for helping me recover well from my surgery lol

From registration to pre admission to surgery prep/surgery, do not remember recovery. I do remember patient room services and food services. All staff was friendly, professional upbeat and encouraging. Doctor Paulus and his team were the best. Quail Creek Surgical Center is world class. Thank you for taking care of me

Physicians Surgical Hospital is a small hospital. Someone is always near to help if/whenever I have a need, want, or question. Each time I’ve been discharged, I’m given a get well card signed by anyone who attended me during my stay. The staff provides a personal touch.

I had knee replacement surgery on april 26th and 2 days later i was given to much pain medicine and became unresponsive when i was tranported to the rehab facility i had a narcotic overdose and had to be revived by paramedic i almost died and thanks to the texas laws i couldnt do anything about it the nurses need to manage pain medication alot better i called 2 different lawyers

This is the number one hospital in Amarillo. The Nurses and Staff was so Great food was so good.it was so nice to have your on Bathroom and nice big rooms. Dr North and Staff was the best and the others one to. They answers questions. Great Place.

Excellent in all respects! Staf is professional and everyone seem to so more than that are asked to do! My last surgery here was the best institiinal experience Iver ever had! Cleanliness, food service, nurses, admin all are top notch. I highly recommend this Hospital!

My Doctor the staff who assisted him the nursing staff who took care of me during my stay were caring, kind, and excellent. The food was done well very good meals. The facility was very cleaning

Quail Creek has been great. They operate so much smoother than the others. The nurses are friendly and it's nice to know someone's got your back when your dependent on them.

My experience with them was quick, easy, professional, and very experienced in what each person was doing.
