Piada Italian Street Food reviews
16Customer service is excellent! Chef Jordan really cares about his customers and the food is delicious!
Piada has amazing food and stellar service to match! The Sugar Land location is especially fantastic! Great staff energy and welcoming ambiance as well.
Great food in a timely manner. Every one works extremely hard and this place gets very busy but handles it well! A few items we asked for weren't going to be ready but they were able to give us an exact time until that item batch would be done baking! Will be coming back
Amazing customer service and the food is delicious! The only problem is that the food could be hotter. As soon as they gave it to me it was pretty much warm. Other than that I love the place!
Make sure you check your orders for To Gos. I ordered a create your own bowl pasta with grill chicken and extra toppings. And only have ONE tiny piece of chicken.
Other than that the taste is great.
I’m a coach and I brought my high school swim team here after a meet and we had amazing service with great food! They were pleasant, efficient and the food all came out perfect!
Great menu. So many good options it is hard to choose. Casual counter orders and cool selection of iced teas. For the price of a fast food meal you can have something much more interesting, healthy and delicious. New go to for some, quick dining.
Italian Street food, I expected to find my caprese salad. But nah.still had good food though. It was definitely delicious and better than going to McDonald's.
Good pasta and wraps. Little pricey. The staff were great. Cashier seemed new and confused but that's pretty common with how high turnover has been almost everywhere.
Well to start, there were none of the usual employees that usually are great and helpful and quick. But, this time around was different. To start off, the food is luke warm. The service was terrible there was no interaction the employees just put there head down and worked on our food as slow as possible.and to top it all off, this lady decided to give my girlfriend a attitude for messing up her order. She made it very clear she did not want to be here and made it seem like it was our fault for her messing up our order (YES WE HEARD YOU!)
So, overall this place is good, I really quite enjoyed my food, and it is very affordable.
I ordered the crispy chicken BLT piada and added avocado for an extra 1.99. It was really tasty, a little salty, but still delicious.
My fiance ordered the create your own pasta, which came with angel hair pasta, the diavolo (spicy tomato cream sauce) with a meatball. I tried his dish and it was very tasty, the sauce was flavorful and had a good kick, but not overly spicy with some bittersweet tomato flavor. The only thing that was disappointing was the grassfed piada meatball. The texture threw us off (I've never tried soft dog food but it reminded me of that). So I think next time we might get something else, but I definitely would not recommend the meatball. However, try it for yourself and let me know what you think lol. We also got the parmesan piada stick, I thought it was delicious. It's cheesy inside, but fiance did not really enjoy it he thought it was too cheesy.
They have a cute drink station but I decided to just drink water and my fiance had soda lol nothing different really.
The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the service was okay. It was our first time and no one checked in on us (I informed them it was out first time). No one greeted us either, it seemed like everyone was just relaxing and coasting since they weren't busy. No one was rude, so it wasn't awful service, I just expected more effort.
If you ever been to Mods pizza, this place has a similar vibe. You can pick toppings and you order as you walk through and watch them prepare your food.
Overall good place, I will come back again.
Oscar and Jessica are absolutely the star of Piada?
Honestly I was never really big on the whole fast food chains but everything here is super fresh And does not make my stomach hurt. And all the modifications that I can ask for, I was talking to Oscar and Jessica about what I canning cannot eat and they were giving me amazing suggestions as well. Service is really what’s bringing me back as well as a quality of the food. You can go to other places that serve similar food but trust me, it won’t be as good
Oscar is super chill
Jessica is just a light to be around
Today was my favorite visit here- I always get the same thing (avocado piada, add chicken) and it was so yummy today! Not sure what was different but it hit the spot. My husband always likes the Chefs favorite with spicy sausage. Good option that isn't your typical fast food.
Holy! @#$% this is the best Italian pasta and street food I've found in Texas hands down. Bravo!
I love coming here to get some pasta when I’m in the mood for it! The penne pasta with diavolo sauce is the best. Their rolled piazza are also amazing and you can make your own. Would definitely recommend!
This establishment is very clean and everybody is very professional. I will recommend this place
