The customer service agent I just spoke to didn’t help me at all bc apparently they are too lazy to do their job. All I wanted to no if they still had a vehicle that was for sale n an area there to Ur right once u enter. So she tells me that I would have to drive all the way out there just to find out if it’s still there. Now that’s just ridiculous for me to have to go out there for nothing if it’s been sold. Plus I wanted to no wat the condition consisted of as well so that would help me make my decision faster as well save me my valuable time & gas. If I could’ve found out that information would’ve been very useful n saving my time & gas so I could use that for sumthin else. So now I’ve got to drive all the way out there just to find that out. Well thanx for making me waste my valuable time & gas just bc the employees don’t want to do their jobs. Unbelievable & that’s terrible customer service. A very unhappy & unsatisfied customer.

The entire staff today was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of vehicle parts for our Aviator. On arrival Megan was a doll and assured we had the appropriate vehicle location for the parts we needed. On checkout the staff showed their ability to work together as I brought up an odd part and two of the 4 near the desk were immediately able to identify. They advised the cashier where to look and made sure our checkout process was quick and easy. We will definitely return for our future automotive needs!

If you need a part pulled get Daniel to pull it for you! He’s so helpful and really gets in to detail on exactly what you should get. I was lucky enough to find all the parts I needed and walked right up to Daniel for help. He even put all the parts on for me way cheaper then if I was to take it to a real body shop. Sadly I forgot to get his number to post it on here but he said he is there 7 days a week so you more then likely will run into him. Super satisfied with my experience 100% would recommend going here for your parts!
