Charlie and his staff are great! It's never fun to have to pick up the phone and call the bail bondsman, but when you have to it's nice to hear a friendly voice on the other end of the line. I was treated with respect and didn't feel any judgement. They staff were understanding and willing to work with me financially. If I could give 10 stars I would. My only regret has been not calling them sooner. Thank you Charlie Pickens and staff for making an uncomfortable situation as easy as possible
