We had been looking for comfortable furniture for a long while. Carol Surley at Pierce Gallery furniture worked with us and helped us find the perfect sectional for our home.

We had an extremely helpful sales person, and we were able to get same-day delivery with two very nice gentlemen. Great experience! I highly recommend doing business with Pierce Furniture Gallery.

This store is not other places you shop for furniture they actually help you find something you really like. Courteous and friendly.

I just wanted to say a quick thank you to Aimee Brown and Pierce Furniture for the great customer service on a recent purchase. I needed a lift chair for my mother and was very close to buying one online. Ultimately I decided to look locally in case I needed to service the chair later. After calling around, Aimee was the only person who really took her time to answer all my questions professionally and politely. With other stores, I felt like I was bothering them.

Spring mattress developed a huge (around an inch) indention only a week after sleeping on it. They said when I bought the mattress that they would take care of me if there were any problems. Now they said it needs to be two inches before they can warranty it. No mattress should have over a 1 inch sinkhole after only a week. So I’m stuck with a mattress that hurts my back and makes my legs go numb because of the indention. What a scam. It’s a shame for them, I buy a lot of furniture and they’ve lost out on a lot of future business. All they had to do was make it right.

I spent over 2k at this store was supposed to be 2 weeks time received our new bed and all our bedroom furniture its going on week 7 now and every week we have to call them cuz they won't contact us only for them to say we are going to warehouse this week to pick it up and u will have it next week for sure which we have heard for 4 weeks now absolutely awful service time manner to get furniture aweful and communication aweful absolutely dont recommend
