Supervisor made a rookie mistake when piercing my infants ears and tried to blame someone else when the error was clearly made by the supervisor herself instead of assuming responsibility for her negligence and lack of attention for detail and attempting to rectify the situation or appease the irate parent of said infant.
I took my 7 year old to get her ears pierced tonight and the ladies were great. They helped pick out earrings, gave her a lollipop for during and did both ears at once. She didn't flinch and said it didn't hurt.
