I recently had a deeply frustrating experience with Pieter Andries that I feel compelled to share. The level of customer service and communication I received during my dealings with them was simply abysmal.

I had been eagerly awaiting a timepiece for years, which I believed would be worth the wait. However, my patience was put to the test when I was met with continual delays and a complete lack of transparency regarding the status of my order. It seemed that my inquiries were often met with indifference, leaving me feeling undervalued as a customer.

To make matters worse, I ultimately received my desired timepiece from another dealer within a mere month of engaging with a sales associate. This stark contrast in service and efficiency left me baffled and disappointed.

Based on my experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend Pieter Andries to anyone seeking a Rolex timepiece or exemplary customer service. The frustration and disappointment I endured were wholly unnecessary and avoidable. I hope my review serves as a cautionary tale for those considering doing business with this establishment.

Poor/lack of communication. I thought I had a great visit and then sent follow up emails after and never heard anything back. Nothing at all, not one email back saying anything. I had high hopes for this place but after being ghosted this has steered me in other direction.

I've been on the waiting list for a sub since December 2021, and my experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite multiple check-ins and assurances that my order would arrive, I've been left empty-handed and frustrated.

The lack of communication from the company is absolutely appalling. I've reached out to them several times, and it's like talking to a brick wall. The person responsible for customer service, AD, doesn't bother to respond to my inquiries. It's as if they have no regard for their customers' concerns or satisfaction.

If you're considering purchasing a watch from this company, I strongly advise against it. Based on my experience, it's a lost cause. They've demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, reliability, and customer care. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for your timepiece needs.

Loved the place. It has been a minute since I visited Pieter Andries. I live in Fort Worth and we have a few Rolex AD's in the Fort Worth area. I have been wanting a Rolex for a minute and with the current supply crunch, it has been a bit difficult to get my hands on one. Plus my experience with Rolex AD's have been not the best. I dealt with Timothy Hye at Pieter Andries. He gave me the down low on the current Rolex market and was straight up. Was able to try a few display pieces they had at the store and was able to put my name on the waitlist. Hoping to get a call from them soon to pick up my Rolex.

Kami is an amazing sales representative. Very patient with my questions and very thorough with her answers. James met me at the door and was very warm and welcoming. I would highly recommend P. A.and will certainly be back.

The entire staff is so knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. Valerie, Jesse, Russell, Anthony, and Conner graciously spent their time and knowledge with us. I feel like we made friends for life. Valerie was so kind and helpful from the moment we first spoke and within a few short weeks we were delighted to receive his beautiful Rolex. No words can express our gratitude, we will cherish our experience for years to come.
