The employees are very nice and pleasant to deal with. My dry cleaning and laundry was done perfectly and ready as stated!

This place is simply the best and it’s because of Martha. She has great poise, she’s very friendly and provides excellent customer service. The laundry and dry cleaning services are excellent and the prices are very reasonable.

I brought my daughters dress here for prom to be dry cleaned and the woman told me it would be 65$ to be cleaned and although that is crazy high, I accepted it. However what she didn't tell me is at pick up they charge you almost 20$ more for taxes and cleaning fees because they do not clean in house they send to Houston. I spent nearly 85$ on cleaning when I could have just bought her a whole new dress for that amount! As well when I called their customer service line it is just an answering machine, which means they get enough complaints for them to just forward them all to a "leave a message" line. Poor experience, very poor customer service!

Pilgrim cleaners and their staff are unsurpassed in the City of Galveston for their impeccable service and their attention to detail in doing ones laundry services. I have served in many roles at the local medical school and they always do a great job pressing my suits cleaning shirts and ironing them and taking care of the proverbial white coat for physicians. If I have not picked up laundry promptly they call RPh text me to remind me Which often happens of the busy schedule. All of the staff at that Pilgrim cleaners on Stewart Road are exceptional. They remember your name and most of the time when they see your car drive up they grab your laundry and have it ready for you. I love the fact that I can leave with them my credit card number and there’s no hassle in retrieving my clothing. I have also use their services for alterations since I have both lost in gained weight over the last several years and their services are against impeccable. I would write them above five stars if there was an option.

Horrible and they don't know what there doing waited a whole week for no reason and never got a call on my jacket. Went there after it's been a whole week they didn't fix the jacket and still charged me.
That's called getting ripped off and taken advantage

The laundry does fine work on my pants & shirts! Martha is always friendly & engaging! The prices are very reasonable and the service is timely!

Had to have my suit let out a bit and they were wonderful. This is now my go to for any and all cleaning and alterations. The ladies were super nice and they kept me informed of the progress.
