Pilgrim Cleaners, La Marque TX

I’ve used this company several times and they’re usually great until the last couple of times I’ve used them. I’ve used them to clean handbags and they turned out great as well as having clothes dry cleaned without any issues but I don’t know what the deal is with them lately. I took in 4 bags to be cleaned and they don’t look like they were touched and I recently took a jacket to be cleaned and it looked worse than it did before I took it in. The short girl that works the front desk was rude and short with me for no reason when I brought the jacket in and I brushed it off as a possible bad moment but she was just as rude when I came to pick it up. I’ve noticed that the Pilgrims staff here and in League city are very unprofessional and rude. I think I need to find a new dry cleaner that takes pride in their work and are more professional and respectful to their customers.

Dropped a suit off there then went to pick it up and only the pants were ready.jacket was still"somewhere else"what they said. I needed my suit for an event the next morning. Be careful using this place.

I took a dress to be altered because it was way too long and I asked the young lady who took my dress in to make sure that they would return the pieces they were cut off because I needed to make a belt for that dress. I specifically told her make sure you do it. I stood there and she said she put it in the computer and I told her it’s very important that they know this. Well needless to say when I got the dress back they did not have the extra material which was very upsetting because now my dress has no belt that I was going to have made for it. The young lady Gabriella apologize of course but I told her to call over there to make sure that they might still have it.then I had to call her because she said she would call me and she did not, and she said she would talk to the lady who did the alterations and maybe they could give me a cash credit. Now 3 calls later she still has not taken care of it. I am still waiting for a cash credit.and call. I am very very disappointed I really needed that fabric to match and maybe it’s not a big deal to some but it was a big deal for me and I believe when you give someone specific instructions they should comply to that.very disappointed in pilgrims cleaners I will not be using them ever again.
