They delivered some furnitures which I ordered from World Market, and the driver hit and damage our property. He didn’t leave any delivery note or anything, I hope it’s just because he wasn’t aware he hit it. But anyway, I couldn’t figure out which company they were as there is no name on their truck so we had to contact world market who took days to respond to us, eventually we got the answer that it was Pilot Freight Services, and as soon as we got it we contacted them about the damage, and their response was that we could only make a claim within 24hr or 48hr? ! How could we have known that policy if it took days to just find out what company they were? It is just a scam.

If I could give 0 stars, I would.
I have had to use this service 3 times. The first time they gave me an early appointment but they weren't able to deliver until 11: 30 pm pm that night, so we had to reschedule for the next day. And they were still late.

The second time was better which led me to hope that this time would be good as well.it isnt.

They held my package for 2 days, called and set my appointment with a different customer. Then, called and confirmed one appointment for between 11 and 3 pm, then sent an email for 12-5 pm.
Here it is 7: 45 pm and they are still an hour away.

Worst service possible, customer service flat out lied, and a 3 day delivery has turned into two and a half weeks. Stay away from this company at all costs!

Package arrived at their logistics center for 7 days before they made a call to schedule delivery with a robot voice leaving a voice mail message. Instructions were inadequate to figure out how to schedule delivery. Now I have tried calling their 24x7 phone support three times in a row, and in each case, after waiting 20 minutes on the line, it defaults to voicemail. Not only is the package nearly 10 days late now, I have no idea how to schedule the package.

This is not a good company. They have poor customer service. I have been working with them for a week now but they are not capable of doing what they were hired to do.

Today speaking with representative Selena has changed my opinion on the way this company does business. I haven’t received my product yet but she did a great job reassuring my product will be delivered on time. I didn’t expect her to provide the great service over the phone especially having that be my 3 call to the company. She turned it around. Happy Customer!

PS - Just received product and the drivers Francisco & Palencia Great Job! Friendly and Professional. Called me to set delivery expectations, cared enough to make sure they got to me ontime and kept me in the loop. Thank You!

Other than the fact they didn't call to confirm someone would be home to accept the delivery it was a great experience. They showed up at almost exactly the halfway point of the 4-hour window, and brought the treadmill into my house, which i wasn't expecting.

Scheduled an appointment from 3 - 7. Driver calls me at 9 AM says what's the earliest he can drop off. I told him 4 o'clock. He then says, we're probably going to have to reschedule. He said he can wait until 3: 20 but that's it. Then why was I given an option of 3 pm - 7 pm? Makes no sense. Luckily I work 10 min away and was able to go home and sign for my package. Only good thing I can say is the driver contacted me and waited for me to make it home.

Refuse to confirm the delivery appointment. Every person I talked to on the phone was very rude. The delivery was two and a half hours late. They refused to deliver the item in the room of choice even though this is what I had paid for. I will never work with them again. Awful service awful people.

Unlike other reviewers, I received excellent service from my delivery guy today. Package arrived on time and driver called 30 minutes prior to confirm. Once the driver arrived, he made sure my large, heavy item was placed in a secure location where it wouldn’t get wet (as a tropical storm is approaching). The young man was polite, professional, and helpful. So much so that I’m taking time to post a review. Unfortunately I didn’t catch his name, but I am very thankful that he went above and beyond in his customer service skills and in making sure an expensive purchase was not susceptible to damage.

The bad reviews are true. Ordered a couch from world market but they lost the ottoman in their warehouse.

Online tracking has been down for weeks.

Pilot Air Freight unable to deliver my TV as promised. I received a confirmation email from Walmart that my 75” TV would arrive today (6/6/19). I called Walmart and Pilot Air Freight early morning to verify that it would be coming, glad I called, otherwise I would be wasting my entire day for nothing. No email, no call, no text, no communication what so ever to notify the consumer that the product was not coming. In short, the delivery was not coming out today no matter who I talked to. The TV has been sitting in the warehouse awaiting for delivery for the past 3 days. Pilot even suggested that I go pick it up myself, what a joke.

Needed package delivered before Christmas. Was set up for the 21st. 21st came and went with no delivery. I called corporate and they told me it would be the 26th. So much for Santa gift. Thanks for nothing.

Update
They allowed me to come pick it up from them so we saved Christmas. Still didn't make me happy with the delivery.

This is the worst delivery service, im not sure why amazon collaborates with them, i was told i was called to set up a delivery time but not one message was left on my phone for a delivery time. I had to wait 13 days for my bed to be delivered and it wasnt until i had to call amazon to get a service rep from pilot on the phone to get me a delivery time.i spoke to 2 customer service reps and both of them were rude and short very disappointing will not recommend this service to anyone if you want your stuff delivered on time.

If I could give less than one star i would. These 2 guys must have been in a big hurry so they found a reason why they could not install my dishwasher even though I had prepaid for installation. Unfortunately if you're getting an appliance from home depot unfortunately is being delivered by these people and I guess you have no choice.

They lost my 9 ft x 12 ft rug. How do you lose a rug that big? I of course got refunded by the seller, but Pilot didn't even want to try to look for it. They told me to call the seller (as if the seller was who lost it). Pilot is awful.

This company is so lost. They call and leave messages that contradict what you were originally told. Then you call to ask why no one showed up on the date given, and they have no clue what you are talking about even though they are the ones who called you and told you that is when they would be there. They are all over the place and are very frustrating to deal with.

Driver was supposed to deliver machine from 12-5pm today and was supposed to give me a call 30 minutes prior. He apparently called at 10: 39am, I answered, no one responded. He claims he called me twice, I got one call. Even if you can't reach me, where's the common sense to leave a voicemail, send a text. If your call didnt go through surely you thought I was busy or didn't recognize your number? That's what I do on a daily basis for my customers.

I ordered a TV from Sam's Club. Sam's generated an automatic delivery date that wasn't good for me. I clicked the link to reschedule for the following day (a Saturday). I got a call while at work on Friday saying that they were at my door. I told them that I had scheduled for Saturday and was told "oh yes, I see that here. Sorry for the inconvenience. " I waited at home all day on Saturday, and nothing was delivered. I called them and was told that there was no scheduled delivery for that day and to call back during regular business hours. When I called back, I was told that they do not deliver to my area on weekends, so why did the website give me that option. I've never issues like this from any other shipping company. This process has taken weeks.
