Pilot Travel Center, Schulenburg TX

Shower #5 was completely disgusting. The toilet had hair all over it and poop stains splattered all on the inside. The shower stall had someone else's soap and shampoo in it as well. I know I won't be stopping here for a shower anymore. 07.31.23 3: 01pm. Just disgusting and disappointed

Apparently pumps don't take cards, had an update and it hasn't worked for a month but has yet to put up any signs or anything. Will also lock your card in while it never processes. Massive waste of time.

Awful facilities. Restroom looked like a walk in dumpster. Im glad I get free showers because I had to reserve one just to get a clean bathroom.

If I could give stars, I would! Hubby stopped for gas, so I went in to get Taco Bell. Decided to also get food at the Pilot. They advertise on their sign 1 entree and 2 sides, $4.50. I even asked are chicken tenders part of that, and how many? Was told yes. At checkout, my total was over $13! I inquired and was told the 5 piece tenders are $8.13 and each side is $2.43. Are you kidding me? ! I said they advertise what I got for $4.50. He said a slice of pizza is $4.50. Total ripoff!

Showers aren't cleaning. I've never seen this amount of dirty showers. It's the first time in the Pilot station when nobody is doing nothing with that.

One of the better Pilot truck stops. Still relatively new & clean. Taco Bell inside has almost always great service. A good selection of other food items Pizza, wings etc. Parking lot could be bigger but I’ve been lucky in getting a non-reserved spot the last 4 visits. Even After 6pm.

The women’s bathroom was clean and the staff was very friendly. The only bad thing was no hot water for showers.

Wonder if employees are washing their hands since both bathrooms are out of paper towels. Definitely won't be ordering food here. We have come here many times and this was the worst it's been. 9: 36 in the morning on a Saturday. Seems like a lack of effort.

Imagine having to Buy your stuff in self checkout while employees just talking to each other with a line of costumer not knowing how to use they machines never again they have to worry about me fueling My diesel in another pilot they lost my Business. I have to go to loves hopefully they don’t do that self check out next

The was no hot water in the shower, the shower just looked nasty. They need to just throw the whole store away and start over

There’s always one person at the self checkout and takes forever to get help at the fuel register, doesn’t makes sense to have 3 self checkout if you guys don’t let people do it themselves, plus cashier with a bad attitude because of trying to help everyone at the 3 self checkout and fuel register at the same time, hire more people and pay ‘‘em more so the don’t quit, I’ll better take my business to loves

Avoid this place between 11pm and 6pm, I go by here 3 times a week and they constantly out of coffee. It must be a company culture because the issue is never resolved. You get computer generated messages.
There is a brand new truck called (The Texan) across the hwy that has the same number of employees. The new was way cleaner.

Store is disgusting. Cached scum on every counter. Bathrooms gross, shower are worse, toilet wasn’t even cleaned. Where is corporate smh
