Worst pilot in the UNITED STATES, someone stole my spare tire from the back of my truck, OMG! It's just one tire.but it's enough to know that it's not a good place, stay away from here!

I reserved a shower 2hrs latter s had to unresuve it. Line did not move no one to clean showers I guess. Sad

This place is trash! Went to redeem an offer and the Dr. Pepper and Root Beer fountain drinks didn’t have any syrup. Then I saw a dog walking around the store licking food packages. I promptly left. It was a filthy store anyway.

Came in around 1am after delivering nearby. They honored the parking reservation I had made earlier and security freed up a reserve spot for me. The young lady at the counter was very helpful.

I never thought I'd say this, but I prefer the Flying J up the road or even the TA over this place. Pump 21 satellite is broken and barely pumping, has been for months. Pump 22 is completely broken now. The manager I spoke to on duty got snippy because, "I don't know why y'all truckers always trying to rush! " I'll find a different truck stop next time, piss poor maintenance and customer service at this location.

Worst truck stop to park at night I had a brand new tire underneath my trailer someone cut the chain and stole the tire be careful truckers it’s tough right now load is not paying everybody trying to steal.

This is one of the worst pilots I've ever been to. All the trash cans are full to over flowing. The window wash is dirty, there wasn't toilet paper in the mens restroom. There wasn't any creamers or sweetners. The automated coffee machines that fresh grind coffee beans. Well they had the lids off. The floors need swept and mopped everywhere. The parking lot has trash everywhere. And there is only one cashier. So the line was really long and slow. It's really surprising for a pilot. I wouldn't be surprised at TA. You're better than this pilot

Lazy employees they tell customers their short on staff so they can avoid having to clean the showers and restrooms, all I heard was them complaining about their little 8 hour shifts, place is a joke

I paid for prime parking and when i arrived all slots were filled. The automated shower system was not working.

I never had this type of experience with pilot I went there to get shower I bought it start moving and waiting for almost after an hour I was still at the same number there was no movement on board I went to the cashier she let me find out I did wait for almost 15 to 20 minutes then she said we r changing shift I can't say anything and there was a long lane of people waiting some more than one and half hour they r all truck drivers they can't wait for long time but they don't have care these truck stop runs because of these truckers and reputation is everything

Every time I come here is the same problem showers at night no one to clean have to wait about 3 hrs to get a shower people that work here are rude and showers are dirty

Designed by Texans for Texans, aka a total mess that anyone from out of state will be unable to navigate. There are more cars parked here than trucks and the place is clean only by Texan standards of what clean means.

This place is unbelievable. They let you park on side of street and later midnight stick citations from city. Don’t ever go to this truck stop!

If zero was an option. Complete waste of time, trash all over the place.there are a lot of trucks parked for months, left unatended.showers for the better part of the day take over 2hrs waiting time, dont be fooled, even if the app says there are only 4 people waiting for a shower, it will take over 2hours.the line will not move.they wait to see drivers pile up in the waiting area to service the showers.
