Pinata Party Palace, Austin TX

Was shopping there and saw people come from other places get in and drive away. There are few parking and they take them and real customers don't have parking.

Hot inside. AC broken. Still a sweet hispanic elderly man helped us out with Moana pinata.

Great big selection, my favorite thing about this place is the customer service! I called looking for a bluey piñata, at first they couldn’t find it (probably because of the vast selections) when man I was speaking to couldn’t find it, he let me know they could have something ready by the end of the day if I sent him an image, we began texting back and forth (with immediate response time!) but shortly after we began texting he sent me an image of one he found in the store! It was a beautiful star with the same exact image I wanted Already on there! (Pretty funny)
In the end we did decided to go in another direction but such great customer service here and I love how Accommodating he was.
Consider this your first stop when looking for a great piñata. They do make custom ones

Best pinata selection in town. Not the nicest location in the world though.
