This place is fun for all ages! My husband and I had a fun date night there riding go carts and playing games! We’ve also taken our kiddos here and they had a great time too!

Used to love this company, but now they're another one with "no one wants to work" signs in the window. I've seen the wages offered on low level and management positions. I can tell you that the problem is that no one wants to work FOR YOU. This is Austin in 2022. If you can't pay a living wage, no one is going to waste their time at a job that doesn't cover living expenses.

Friendly staff. They have everything…axe throwing, pool, arcade games, and a full bar. Bigger location than the one on Research

This place is awesome. Great attractions, food, drinks, friendly workers and seems to be busy every night of the week! I went last night and got nachos. Holy cow! I only got cheese but I imagine they get better from here!

Like downtown quality cocktails without going downtown? Look no further than the Whiskey Bar at Pinballz. MASSIVE Bourbon/Scotch/Whiskey selection. Ask Kelly to make you a proper Whiskey Sour. You won't regret it.

Do not order food here. It took 1 hour, for 1 hotdog and 1 burger! I’ll never order food here again. Go for the vintage arcade, leave for the food.

I saw a RAT (!) in their kitchen—literally the size of a small dog. Ran from under the fridge next to the Red Bull machine at the back bar and under the counter into the kitchen. My friends and I visited this location a couple weeks ago for drinks and fun on a Thursday night. I ordered some fries and fried pickles and was taking a bite of my food when I watched it run across the kitchen. No one noticed it but my friends and I—the astros were playing. Totally lost my appetite. Games are paid per swipe and not all you can play. The only reason this got 2 stars was because of the staff being friendly and the selection of games being good. Disgusting otherwise, will not be back.

I'm from out of town and was excited to visit this place. Somewhat disappointed in their pinball games. Most of the playfields were very dirty and the glass obviously isn't cleaned regularly. I saw loose parts on several games including the brand new Stern Mandalorian pinball. Some of the pinball games were VERY dark where you would barely be able to see the pinball. Maybe they had a bunch of bulbs out, but im not sure. Food was sub-par. French fries were not fresh. They were out of lettuce (ridiculous) so I could not order the BLT or a salad. The grilled chicken breast sandwich was just two big chicken tenders thrown on a bun. Bun was very soft. Too soft in my opinion. I would call the food poor, but obviously I didn't try everything on the menu. Looks like they have a large selection of beer. The dining room floor was absolutely filthy. Bathrooms seemed clean but I could not get any of the soap dispensers to work. There must have been 10 plus employees working. Most just wandering about. How about they grab some cleaner and towels and wipe down games or mop the dining room floor. I just wasn't impressed with this place. I could probably go on, but then I'd just be complaining.

They have a lot of cool old school arcade games, virtual games, laser tag, axe throwing, and my favorite go carts. They also have GOOD food and a bar.

The moment you walk in, enjoy waiting. The game desk is 20 ft inside the front door, which when busy makes for a traffic jam. The acarade is split into 3 sections, 1 taking coins (older traditional games) the second a kids section and modern concourse. A decent variety of ticket, and gratifying games with Virtual reality. Other attractions are fine, the go karts and bumper boats are standard. You have to register to get in a play list for any attraction, which is a hassle but not horrible. The food is alike to an expensive Chucky Cheese. The bar is full service but horrible ran, again a line for everything in one, so a refill takes 15 min. The lines are horrible, the service at every stop/turn and location is disappointing. The investment in equipment and time is best spent in rush hour looking at your phone while listening music. Staff is notably disinterested and under trained. KENNETH at the food bar is the most disrespect uneducated about service, ethics, quality, adaptations to shortage and time/value of money. The pizza is like standard cheap flour, the pretzel bits are crispy without Cheddar, and the Naches are brightly-colored but contain lack luster flavor and no sour cream or salsa. Try eating first and having a small party.

Arcade was great but when went to order food, I ordered some pretzel bites-which you would think it is soft pretzel bites as it came with mustard and a cheese sauce; yet this came out. Looks like croutons and were super burnt

Our Kids had a good time playing Arcade games, Mini bowling, Laser tag, Go carts, and zooming through the escape room! Lots of Fun here.

Love love love this pinballz location! Super fun games and possibly the best bar experience I’ve ever had. Shane the bartender was positively wonderful and made me the best old fashion I’ve ever had. His customer service was absolutely wonderful. Thanks for a great night Shane!

Always a clean environment for kids and adults alike. The good is amazing, like I'm pretty sure they pay those cooks great. Everything is always sanitized.

This place is so fun I loved the bumper jars and go karts they had plenty of fun rides games tag mazes there was so much to do but we only had a little time to enjoy ourselves and boy did we have the most fun we went as a birthday present for my son

Shane at the bar showed incredible knowledge of craft cocktails more than any bartender I’ve had in northwest Austin. He’s truly passionate about the drinks and their mixology. Someone needs to give this man a Food Network show and pay his rent. Please keep him around and please go to him for ALL your cocktail needs.
