Devon is our guy and he did a fantastic job today after the storm a few days ago that dumped lots in our pool. It’s absolutely spotless, I can hardly wait to jump in! Thanks a million Devon!

Dave is the Man! I’ve been battling algae and low water flow in the pool all summer. Dave came out and had my pool looking great in under 2 hours. He cleaned the cartridge filters and cleaned & treated the pool. The water is crystal clear again, the pool looks PERFECT, and the pressure gauge dropped by over 10 psi. The pool vacuum is climbing the walls again too. Thanks Dave!

Juan at Pinch a Penny took over maintenance on our pool at the end of June. The pool was green and full of algae. My mom was in a serious car accident and unable to work on it or even maintain it. After 6 weeks, the pool is brochure worthy! Juan is amazing and a pool genius! Highly recommend Pinch a penny (Tiffany is a miracle worker in the office) and Juan makes your pool heavenly!

If I could give them a 0 I most definitely would. We hired them at the end of 2022 and over the course of 8 months, we saw 10 different technicians (yes, my wife just checked the emails to confirm) and were never informed about what was going on with our pool. We finally started wising up and checked our levels ourselves, and found out that our salt cell had been producing 0 chlorine for the entire 8 month period they were “taking care of our pool. ” When calling the office you are either placed on hold, or hung up on, and you will hear every excuse in the book. The owner even came out, did not knock when he arrived, spent 10 mins in the backyard and then left without saying a word (we were inside the whole time and only knew he was back there because our dogs started barking). Abhorrent service, abysmal staff that don’t know how to take care of a kiddy pool, and a waste of $1600 before we fired them. Don’t waste your time.

Was loyal to this place for four years. Scheduled to have my pool converted to salt and acid washed. They cancelled four times 2 times they cancelled 3 days out because of rain in the forecast that never happened and 2 more times because they didn't have man power. They communicate poorly. Had to move my work schedule multiple times.cancel travel plans.and pay for child care so I could be home just so they can repeatedly cancel. I was told they would put me on the schedule for this week after they cancelled last week. Called to confirm we were still on for Saturday and they told me they had to cancel the job all together because they don't have enough people. This would have been great to know 3 months ago when I started trying to get this done. Guess I'll be going to Leslie's now that it's closer and hopefully have enough people there to work and run a pool store.

Jimmy came and did equipment work on my pool and he was fantastic. He worked for several hours to be done in one day and even got soaked from the rain.: (I appreciate his hard work on my pool. Also, in the store Tiffany is extremely helpful and kind and Pinch-A-Penny has the BEST POOL GURU- DAVE- The Pool Man.

Great experience this morning with Chris, who comes to our house weekly to maintain our pool clean. He definitely does a great job! I hope he will keep coming to our address, cause I'll know for sure our pool will be clean

Jimmy did a great job in helping fix our leak on the pool equipment. Very honest and showed us what the problem was.

Very Knowledgeable. Jimmy came out to our house because our pool heater ignition control wasn't working. He did a Diagnostic on the heater and even called the manufacturer to discuss the issue.
He was very knowledgeable and professional.

Folk ask, why this company? I respect that fact that they respond to both positive and negative posting. That tells me they care for their customers satisfaction and keeping their reputation right. That was notice when I first came in and met Tiffany. She was very respectful, polite and understanding of my needs. After purchasing a pool heater we scheduled a day for the installers to come out. After a few days the installers (Jimmy and kent) csme as scheduled.
They were also extremely respectful, polite and professional! After the installation Jimmy took time and explain clearly on how to operate the unit correctly. These guys were superb! They left no mess behind as if they weren't here! I highly recommend this company! You will not go wrong! Great team work guys! Keep it up!

Great team. We had to get a new heater for our hot tub. There prices were cheaper than most companies. They took care of us. Really impressed with there work.

Awesome job by Jimmy. Completely removed and replaced all of my pool equipment. Now I have efficient pool equipment and am saving money. Couldnt have asked for a better job.
