As soon as I saw Penny when I walked into the leasing office to inquire about an apartment, I knew that this is the place that we would be calling home! She took her time to go over everything with me, showed me all the units that I wanted to look at and answer all my questions. I love the quiet environment where this complex is located!

My family and I have been at Pine Hollow for over two years with no complaints. The manager, Penny, has always been polite and professional. Any maintenance issues have been taken care of quickly and efficiently. We're about to sign our third 12 month lease and we couldn't be happier. As long as Penny is here, we'll be here.

Just don’t do it.at first they reel you in and make it seem great.the manager penny begs you nonstop to leave a 5 star review before even moving in so that she looks good.we had nothing but problems from them with ac issues that they refused to fix and which i then had to get more people involved than what should have been.then when doing so i was threatened with harassment because i needed my ac fixed during the hottest months of the year.this apartment had many mold issues and everytime it was brought to their attention i was told i needed to fix it myself.when they finally came all they did was paint over it! The maintenance men are another story they are just a mess themselves.penny also loves to become your “friend” and talk to you in the office telling you things about other tenants as well as showing you nasty messages between her and other staff in which she was fired for at one point.i have proof of everything so feel free to reach out! Just save your money, your time & your sanity…it’s not worth it!

Penny was great. Very professional. She made the process go so smooth. She was very patient and loving towards my kids while we were in the leasing office.

Penny came in on her day off to show me around. She went above and beyond and took her time answering all of my questions. I highly recommend this property and property manager.

Mrs. Penny was a pleasure to work with and the property she manages is very well maintained. I have been struggling to find an affordable and maintained apartment complex with all the amenities I wanted, Pine Hollow has it all! Mrs. Penny went out of her way to show me an apartment even though I did not have a scheduled appointment. I am a single mother of a young child and she helped me ensured that he was comfortable and entertained while going over the paperwork.

The neighborhood feels safe and quiet. We like that it’s right next to a cow pasture, giving it a country feel. The upgraded apartments are really nice and worth getting. Our overall experience has been very good so far.

Mrs penny the manager is so AWESOME at what she does. I’ve lived here previously and had issues with maintenance and was upset to see that the older man I’m assuming is head of maintenance is still there but Ms penny made the whole moving process as easy as possible for us and I’m very happy and excited to move back now that Ms penny is in the office!

Manager Penny is professional and helpful. At the same time she is a lot of fun. Property is older but neat and clean. Can’t wait to use the dog park and the gym. I’m looking forward to living here for a long time.
