Pine Valley Estates reviews
4When you come to see the apartment you will be treated well and respectfully. As a tenant here this place is a nightmare. The office manager is never in the office and never responds to emails or text messages. Many things here do not work properly and will take months to be fixed or temporary fix. They count with only one maintenance person, which he is rude and gives you the most stupidest response when fixing something. He never does it right the first time and is constantly coming over and over to fix the problem. The AC here is hell so if you are looking to enjoy a cool summer this is the wrong place to come. The way they make you pay for cable and water utility is ridiculous. Before you decide to move here think twice is very unpleasant. The lighting at night is horrible so if you have kids I don’t recommend it here, if you enjoy walking your dogs is super unsafe you just don’t know what you might encounter and visibility at night is bad. Parking is another issue you will have to find parking outside if parking is full. There is not much parking available and no control of people who have many visitors who take up parking spaces. Don’t be fool when coming and considering this your living place, is just not good enough. 4/10 and that’s been nice
Wanted to stop by to see if I could rent here. I came in the AM Mon - Fri and NO ONE IS EVER IN THE OFFICE! They simply have a sign that says will be back at 11: 30 every time I waiting they didn’t show up and I’d wait until 12: 35 at one point just in hopes that they show up. I called several times and they don’t have anyone to call and it’s always the same with this apartment complex. Got out and asked a renter who I saw sweeping her front porch and said that the office is always empty unless they need to collect cash
Inconsiderate neighbors. This place has parking out on the street for guests, and yet your neighbor will still find the time to disrespect you and have their guests park in resident parking.
