4I was very pleased with the staff. I had my Hysteroscopy surgery and was super scared but the nurses calmed me down. It was a fast and easy process. Thank you to the nice gentleman name Ryan who wheeled me out and I hope your goals go the way you plan Ryan thank you.you’re such a wonderful person.
Staff was phenomenal but the wait time was terrible. Prior to check in I was asked to fill out paperwork only to get to the front desk to fill out the same paperwork again but they needed a hard copy. I was called back after about 30 mins of waiting and about an hour and half after that I was finally called back to the OR. Not sure if this was a one off but in the future I will make arrangements so that my time is efficiently used:
Very caring and attentive at both pre-op and post-op stages. The nurses were doing an amazing job in providing the best care one can expect, and so was the doctor. Putting it in one word, this surgery center deserves your trust
