The atmosphere was oh so welcoming, soothing and professional. My whole process of imaging experience was most gentle.

Went here every year since 2019. They kept telling me my lump was growing, which was a complete lie! They never filed my claims with the insurance so they could collect the full payment upfront. I found out they never filed with my insurance just last month when I changed my provider and place to get my imaging. They are the absolute worst and cannot be trusted!

I'm really frustrated with this place. Before my appt, I asked what the cost is and they asked for my insurance info. I gave them my health insurance card and they called me back and said both procedures are 100% covered by my insurance. I honestly would not have gone in for the procedures if they were not covered. I literally asked two different times for them to please confirm that both procedures were 100% covered by my insurance. Now, 2 mos later I get a bill for $245. This infuriates me.they straight up lied just to get my business. Then, they can only give my test results to the Dr. Hutton, who is another scam artist. AVOID THIS PLACE! There are too many other places that are honest and upfront with patients.

Pink Door has been a very comfortable place to get Mamograms & ultrasounds. The parking is simple and free, and not in the Med center. Very comfortable and soothing environment once you arrive. Prompt & very kind staff! Makes these exams a lot more pleasant!

I have been to pink door in the past when I had a lump. When I had another lump years later, I didn't think twice I knew i wanted to go back. The office is clean. The staff is so sweet! The radiologist is very thorough. The scheduler went above and beyond to accommodate getting me an appointment. I really appreciate this place and the service provided!

Very friendly atmosphere! The Dr went over images with me and explained everything in detail. They were not overly expensive either.

Went to the new location and my husband liked it so much he said he wish he had breast for them to exam

I cannot sing their praises enough. I had to go in for a diagnostic and was stressed and scared. On top of that my doc gave me the wrong referral type. Becky at the front desk helped me and got me in even though my doc office was a mess. She literally took care of me as I was already preparing to have to reschedule. The staff are so sweet and caring, and had my diagnosis before I left the office which was also amazing not having to wait to hear… I am incredibly impressed and thankful for them.

Absolutely wonderful experience many years ago when they were at their Holcombe location. I’m not sure if they are under new management at their new Bissonnet location, but it is the complete opposite now. My appointment was rescheduled twice, then when I drove in 45 minutes to my next appointment I was rudely told by the receptionist that it was actually scheduled for the following day. The receptionist is the first face of a business, so I would definitely recommend getting one with a little less attitude. So sad to see how this place has changed.

I had a wonderful experience coming here for a breast ultrasound, however Tatiana was so serious throughout the procedure, she didn't even talk or smile, she looks like she is mad at the world. The rest of the staff in the front and Dr. Hayven were wonderful and answered all of my questions. Hopefully with this review, Tatiana improves her attitude. Other than that, great place, the office is really nice and clean. They have very reasonable prices if you are looking for a good clinic to get an ultrasound/biopsy.

Writing this review for my mom, she received a mammogram and was later asked to come I'm for an ultrasound. She was so hesitant, to the point where she refused to make the follow-up appointment. She finally went in, and when I tell you the staff here are literally angels, I'm not exaggerating. They made whole scary experience so comfortable for my mom. Thankfully everything was normal, and my mom now has the peace of mind knowing everything is okay. You cannot put a price on that. Thank you so much oink door for guiding my mom through this scary moment, and to making her feel safe. We cannot thank you enough! This establishment is everything you could ever hope for and more. So blessed to of found you!
