Pinova Dental and Braces, El Paso TX

You can’t talk to the local office every time I called I had to speak to a call center out of town. They set my appointment, took my insurance information, when I went in they informed me they don’t take my insurance, and the doctor would probably not see me because he didn’t do my original cap. I explained my dentist retired it didn’t matter.

My insurance covers 2 cleanings a year. I went in they took xrays and did all this other stuff but never cleaned my teeth. I don’t recommend this place.

Did not appreciate to wait for 40 minutes in their waiting area for them to tell me to reschedule for later or another day all because front desk failed to realize I was already there and signed up for my 11 30 appointment (arrived at 11 20). At 11 50, they realized the mistake but Doctor thinks his time is more valuable than mine and although I have been waiting for them to see me he needs to go out for lunch.

I wonder why they go through staff so quickly? Dentists have such a high suicide rate most likely because the fluoride they push lowers the I. Q dramatically, as well as causing weight gain, creating a world they no longer want to be a part of despite their profiting off it and causing it.

Don’t go here! U might get surprise bills after almost 4 years lol…glad my family goes somewhere else….

My kids have not been very cooperative lately due to there procedures but Cristina very nice lady helped me out so much with them and has more patience than me. Greatly appreciated with her

Dr Petty, was awesome with my son! His assistants Angela and Gloria made my son feel at ease. He had 4 teeth pulled out for his braces and was very nervous! They treated him with care and that demonstrates how much they enjoy what they do. I would highly recommend their services!

Angela was very efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. She provided my 3 kids with a wonderful experience.

Doctor Ana and Doctor Salvi did an amazing job working on my fillings. They were very gentle and kind and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I had a great time.
