Fake blonde woman very rude unprofessional and the other whatever color hair, just the same attitude. Did not want to believe reviews but they are true. Customer service is customer service no matter how many businesses you run. Fake blonde, I was before the couple on the car lot.

I went to get Inspection done. I had to call the Police he made them give me my Inspection paper because my car passed Inspection but they refused to give it to me. They were rude & had nasty attitudes. The older lady Alien Avilez was trying to slam my leg with car door. There was 4- 5 people Men & Women surrounding my car hollering and acting a fool in front of other people! I don't recommend NONE OF THERE BUSINESS! BEWARE

These people don't know the difference between a muffler and a catalytic converter. I will not come back to this place. Don't come here for inspection if you have no muffler!

Purchased my first vehicle here in 2020, soon to be fully paid off. It’s a small used car dealership so part of the responsibility goes to the buyer on inspecting the vehicle for warning signs or imperfections. But I have had no issues with my Ford from here other than the cosmetic defects. Easy approval process for the in-house financing although I did have to put down a larger payment due to my credit score. I may have overpaid for my vehicle, because on top of the sticker price was added fees for taxes, registration and finance fees but that’s to be expected. But monthly payments are very affordable. Overall a pretty good experience for my first car dealership, can’t complain much.

This business has been shady for years and passing our vehicles' despite too dark tint. They pick today to fly straight, fail the vehicle, and enter it into the system as failing. I can only imagine what kind of shadiness goes on with their car sales. We applaud you!

BUYERS BEWARE AND DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. I PUT 2,000 DOWN AND 4 WEEKS LATER THE CAR BROKE DOWN THEIR MECHANIC SAID IT WAS THE STARTER THEY AGREED TO HELP FIND A CHEAP ONE AND I NEVER GOT A CALL BACK I ENDED UP BUYING A NEW ONE $330 PAID THE MECHANIC THEN TO FIND OUT IT WASNT ONLY THE STARTER BUT ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS AND THE MOTOR LOCKED. THEY ARE RUDE AND ONLY SELLING LEMONS AT THIS PLACE IM TAKING THIS TO THE MEDIA BECAUSE PEOPLE WORK HARD AND ARE LOOKING FOR A DEPENDABLE VEHICLE AND THEN TO BE SCREWED OUT AND THEY ARE STEALING HARD EARNED MONEY. I didn't even want to give 1 star but in order to post this I had to. But I give them negative stars!
