Pitmaker BBQ Pits, Humble TX

When I first went to look at the Bbq pit’s I was kinda impressed with one of the owners Victor who gave me a tour of the facility. He seemed a bit braggadocio’s but I still could stomach him. I was sold a Pitmaker vault pit and installed it in my food truck. Unfortunately I did not receive any instructions on the pit and overheated it. I called to speak to the receptionist Rebecca who totally ignored me and gave me the runaround and finally talked to Victor. He spoke to me as if I was not important and expressed how busy they were and they sale there Pitmakers internationally. I just wanted them to help me but they quoted me a outrageous price and timeframe to fix my pit. My wife and I are a small business and feel they are egotistical, arrogant staff who could careless about you once they get that 5,000. One thing about life you can look down on people but we are the bread and butter of your business. We don’t care about you shipping internationally, help the small Ma and Pa businesses who helped you become who you are. We don’t expect any handouts but you can at least try to help a customer without feeling belittled to feel you’re nobody.
