My experience with Pittsburg Title Co during my recent real estate transaction was nothing short of a nightmare. Their conduct throughout the process was highly questionable, and it became evident that their primary concern was not serving their clients' best interests but rather lining their own pockets.

From the very beginning, Pittsburg Title Co exhibited a complete lack of transparency. They conveniently omitted vital information that would have had a significant impact on the transaction. As a result, I was blindsided by unexpected fees and charges that were never disclosed upfront. This kind of deceitful behavior is unacceptable and speaks volumes about their integrity as a company.

Furthermore, their communication was abysmal. They were unresponsive to my inquiries and failed to provide updates on the progress of the transaction. It seemed as though they were intentionally keeping me in the dark, leaving me feeling frustrated and uncertain.

I strongly caution anyone considering using Pittsburg Title Co's services to think twice. Their actions demonstrate a blatant disregard for their clients' trust and well-being. Save yourself the stress and find a reputable title company that values honesty and transparency.

Rude, disrespectful and demeaning personnel are employed here. This type of customer service is unacceptable and ya'll should be ashamed of yourself. There was no reason to treat someone so terribly and if you can't maintain a professional attitude you shouldn't work in a customer facing line of work.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Pittsburg Title Co during a real estate closing, and I must say that their conduct left me utterly disgusted and feeling robbed. I cannot emphasize enough the extent to which this company epitomizes unprofessionalism and deceit.

First and foremost, let's address the issue that lies at the core of my dissatisfaction: Pittsburg Title Co shamelessly swindled me out of $150. During the closing, they conveniently "forgot" to mention this additional fee, blindsiding me and leaving me feeling utterly betrayed. This type of dishonest business practice is not only unethical but also reflects a complete lack of respect for their clients.

Moreover, Pittsburg Title Co's customer service was abysmal, to say the least. The staff members I encountered were unhelpful, dismissive, and seemed to lack even a basic understanding of proper communication. It felt as though they couldn't care less about my concerns or the fact that I was investing my hard-earned money in their services. The blatant disregard for customer satisfaction is truly disheartening.

My recent experience with Pittsburg Title Co during a real estate transaction has left me utterly dismayed and convinced that this company thrives on exploiting unsuspecting clients. Their actions have demonstrated a complete disregard for integrity, transparency, and fair business practices. I urge anyone considering their services to exercise extreme caution.

From the very beginning, Pittsburg Title Co showcased their true colors as a dishonest enterprise. During the closing process, they conveniently "forgot" to disclose crucial information and surprise me with unexpected fees. It was a blatant attempt to manipulate the situation and extract more money from me. Such underhanded tactics are not only unethical but also a direct violation of the trust that clients place in their title company.

My husband and I purchased a house and the transaction handled by Pittsburg title company. Brad is the attorney on location, and he is quick to respond to emails. Rebecca was always my go-to for any questions I had over the phone. I was always glad when it was her to pick up the phone. If she was unsure of the question, she was honest and said I am not sure, but I will look into that for you and get back to you. I appreciate honesty and her willingness to look into stuff for us. Amy was our closer, and there was a slight hiccup at our closing that had nothing to do with them at all. That did not stop Amy from taking care of the hiccup for us so we can close. Our kids were off from school on closing day, and I asked if it was alright to bring them to closing, and they quickly said, of course. We had the kiddos bring books from the house, and they sat in big comfy chairs in the lobby right next to the conference room. We kept the conference room door open so we could see them. We could have had them with us in the conference room, but they had chairs with wheels, and the kids quickly wanted to play, so we set them up in the lobby. There is plenty of parking, and the location is in downtown Pittsburg.

While visiting from out of state a time sensitive real estate matter came up. I cannot say enough about Amy Harrel with Pittsburg Title Co. Her kindness & reassurance concerning issues that were overwhelming to me, were handled with ease & confidence. She was so helpful, professional & made sure I had crossed all the t's & dotted all the i's.
