Pizza Hut, Houston TX

Ordered here a while back food was cold and under cooked chicken was rubbery. Called and tried to remedy it and the owner labeled it as resolved without ever compensating anything spoke with customer support 3 times to no avail.

Great food and great service! The pizzas were delivered on time, as hot as they could be, by a cheerful driver. Most delicious pizzas we've had from anywhere in a long time.

The delivery driver didn't have the change plus they over priced us for a large 3 topping pizza, it was supposed to be 10.99 plus we ended up paying 20 for a pizza we didn't entend on spending.

I placed an order for delivery after 2 hours it was not delivered. When I called the location to check the status a representative contacted the driver. The driver called me and refused to drop off the order at my door. Usually, I don't have problems but this time around it was different. I will never use this location again and I will be requesting a refund.

I ordered a chicken supreme pizza and it came with literally 17 lil pieces of chicken and chunks of tomatoes. This pizza is not ok, it is actually a disgrace to the company! The crust is a hard, dry, and flavorless! I will never order from here again!

Ordering over the phone was a pain in the neck. I could barely understand what the lady was saying because of how thick her accent was. Then she kept asking for my zip code and asked if there was another one i could use (this pizza hut is literally 0.2 miles away from where I stay and the zip code was absolutely correct). I don't really know how things work at pizza hut, but when ordering from dominoes online and over the phone their deals and prices are the same. You don't have to tell them you're ordering a special let along deal with someone you cant understand. And when I was cancling my order, the person who was talking to me was so rude and a bit hard to understand.

Went in to get a large 3 topping pizza and barely seen any toppings at all plus it was burnt. I asked for a refund and the cashier/manager had a attitude about it. The pizza looked horrible and I won’t be back thank you.

Food was made as requested online. The only downside was that they were out of crushed red peppers.

I ordered a Stuffed Crust pizza but the pizza was not stuffed at all. Called the pizza place and the lady said she was going to transfer me to her Manager but nobody pick up the phone. Tried calling then back but there was no answer.

Dooooo not go here! They are so lazy, they sit on the phone the entire time! When I got my pizza it was very flat! My garlic bread was very hard and GROSS! And the wings were also horrible! We waited at the window both girls walked up to the window on their phones! Then stood there on the phone! Before they greeted us! Choose another Pizza Hut please!

Meat lovers pizza wasn't cooked all the way I should have gone to little ceasers. Two thumbs down and if I could no stars.

We picked our pizza up, no customer service. Pizza was cold. We normally do not eat at Pizza Hut, should have saved our $32. My Spinach was burnt on my pizza.

Ordering online and picking up using their drive thru is very decent, will satisfy customer have any issues with order

If I could I would gave No star, the pizza was to raw, who ever cooked it should not be on that section. Sorry pizza Hut but I give many thumbs down.

My boneless wings were drowning in sauce, personal pizza was made on the cheese stick bread. They always forget my crust flavor.

The delivery driver refused to deliver my pizza to my apartment what am I paying a delivery fee for when I don’t get the service I paid for then the driver rushing you to pick up the order bad business

Do not! I repeat do not order food over the phone using a debit or credit card. I’ve just faced a real bad ordeal that happened here involving my credit info for an employee’s personal gain. Please be careful with this establishment.

They have very high prices for the service and the waiting time is too much. They need to give more time to cook and taste better.
