Pizza Hut, Houston TX

The last two times I have order from here my pizza didnt have much sauce and barely any cheese. I feel let down being that this had been my favorite pizza hut to order from.

I order from there about twice a month, I prefer to go in and place my order, the food is hot and fresh, on a couple of occasions, I called the order in for pick up and it wasn't as hot as going in and ordering and waiting. But other than that I would recommend.

Well, there was no sauce on my pizza and almost no cheese. The crust was not crisp and tasted like cardboard.

Each and every time I order from this restaurant, I am APPALLED at the service. Once, they put the cheese shaker directly in the middle of the pizza. Yesterday, the pizza was so disheveled in the box, it looked like it had been tossed around. Also, the Italian toppings were basically dumped on the pizza in globs.

Worst locstion ever. The manager Victor has the worst attitude. How do you not give a refund on a $40 ticket when the one simple request couldn't be done.and you say cause you didn't work last night. We all have money issues right now. I can't waist $40! All i wanted was easy sauce on my pizza and it was dripping with suce and my husbands pizza had no sauce. How are you gonna tell the mother of a special needs kid when to call? You don't know my life. I call at 11 am to report the issue and NOBODY answered. I did what i could. And the manager's response was to pass the buck.

A little less seasoning on the breadsticks. Having all my marinara dipping sauce I paid for. [Double Order is supposed to have 2 on its own, and I paid for a third. I only got 2]

The pizza was excellent very the sauce was thick and the crust wasn't burn, very fresh testing. I thought it wouldn't be good, but you prove me wrong.

Best Pizza Hut ever I have always ordering pizza from this place and they made good deal and making good pizza love this place

Wish I could give zero stars.this place has given me really bad experiences everytime I go there is no one at the counter and I try to be in and out when I'm on lunch break I be standing there for about 5 to 10 minutes before anyone comes out to help me. Also one time I ordered just a Hershey's cookie online ot said 10 to 20 minutes so I went 20 minutes later when I get there the guy said give me 5 more minutes 10 minutes later I'm still waiting so I just cancelled my order.thos location is the closest to me but I had to order somewhere else for faster service

It bad and it looks walk on it before he got to door and forgot my drink he had to come back and bring it and a new pizza never again

Ordered stuffed crust pizzas. The crust part was ok but the pizza part was so so thin. Not enough dough, tomato sauce, cheese. Didn't even feel like l was eating pizza.

Piizza Hut Lover.for some reason though, they aren't all that good but the staff have great customer serviice.

Oh my god this guy is awesome who completed my order at the right time that I want it the store was really busy that Friday which was 50 percent off the manager who took care of my order was really nice and helpful with all he's customers I would thanked saby alot and alot

My kids love pizza and especially from this place. Our pizza is always nice and hot. We been ordering from here for a long time and never had a problem. I recommend this places.

I ordered my pizza from here at 5: 37pm and supposedly pizza takes 30 minutes to
An hour to arrive yet my food didn’t get to my house until 8: 45 and then it’s always that one delivery guy who seems like a stalker and always seems to deliver my food asking where I am to my brothers and why am I not at the door. The food is good enough but the service and delivery is slow and should pick up the pace. Other than that it’s a good place to eat from I guess just don’t order online if you want to get your food quickly.

Ses verga pinche pizza no valio madre no mamen. I ordered the 2 medium 2 topping pizzas with pan style bread and they brought upon my situation 2 deflated Tom Brady worthy pizzas that where cold af btw the order arrived like in 20 min which is somewhat impressive but how the hell did they manage to make the pizzas get cold that fast the cheese was so scarce you would think that they mined it as gold nuggets I dont understand how it's still I business this establishment needs to be shut down I should have ordered from the one in medows place or dominos they have yet to fail me but I wanted to try pizza hut since it's been like 2 years since I've bought from them but Jebus they need to evaluate their lifestyle reduce the incompetence and stop hiring inept ass people. BLASPHEMY

I ordered a box from them and the pizza and bread didn't even fill the box. The stuff was so small. The the pizza wasn't even fully cooked. The bread still had the flour chunked in the pizza. Other spots was like paste. Then the order was to arrive 3 miles away from their location, when the tracker said on it's way, why it took 40 minutes to get to us. 3 miles takes 40 minutes. I'll never use them again.

Paper thin pizzas; I'll check the address before ordering carry-out next time.

Sitting area was quite dirty. I would think that a place like this should be concerned about their outlook.
