Pizza Hut, Houston TX

Delivery took over 2 hours when told it be just 45 mins. Also very rude when calling to find out where my pizza was

Dried out breadsticks, soggy undercooked hand tossed pizza. I arrived at the 15 minute pick up time. I was far from home at work so I needed plates and cups for my food and to serve my 2 litre soda but was told they had none and was just given napkins. She could’ve offered me a breadsticks box. So after I threw away my dried breadsticks, I used my box as a plate to try and eat my soggy pizza. I just threw everything away. Total waste of $20

Only problem I have is I dnt eat onions bell peppers but my friend do when I ask to put it on Half of the pizza no place get it right they always always but it on the entire pizza I cnt pick them all off I try to eat it but some how I always eating an onion they I have heartburn all not.pizza looks good I just got a pizza last night on San Felipe Houston tx I said half onions well they put on entire pizza

I have ordered from this Pizza Hut for well over a year. I order all the time for my team at the business I run as well as personally. It’s been satisfying all the way up until a month or two ago. I was getting frustrated with my orders for a while and finally decided to call up to the location and be specific as to what I wanted. I was greeted with a rude phone lady, who’s name I won’t state, she was so incredibly rude and just no customer service skills at all what so ever. So I escalated it, I sent an email to corporate and about two weeks later I was reached out to. I had to remind them no one had reached out to me.

I received a phone from someone who claimed to be the general manager. He told me thank you for your feedback and that there was essentially nothing he could do but thank me for the feedback. He didn’t seem to care at all. I have both of their names but I don’t want to state them cause I don’t think that’s right but I would save my money and call dominoes or papa johns. I hope you take the feedback and act on it sir.

This is a bad Pizza Hut very bad, topping almost non visible light sauce cheese and ingredients are to the center all you got is bread it is a terrible experience and you ask for crush pepper and Parmesan they charge for every pizza comes with crush peppers and Parmesan this stingy operation needs to be stopped or shut down completely,

I’ve ordered from here about 4 times or so. And it’s been a hit and miss on my deliveries. Some delivery people won’t read the delivery instructions. Some didn’t wear gloves. Some were very nice and respectful. Twice now my orders have been wrong as well.

The food is get ready very fast in this location. The cashier (shift manager) is a very nice lady. I recommend this place, although the food is greesy as it's a junk food.

I legit asked for the way to Domino's because I was new to town and didn't know where it was. They were angered for some reason and make me leave immediately. Step up your game Pizza Hut.

My pizza wasn't fully cook. I had to eat just the taping. There prices wen up and there quality wen down. So piss

Twice I have had problems ordering here. Once they accepted my order online, and never attempted to deliver it. The other, today, I have a 1k sq/ft apartment. I called to see why my order wasn't delivered. The manager argued with me, saying they knocked on the door several times, and caked me. They have my cellphone. The manager kept trying to talk over me, interrupting me. He said I would have to place my order again (right).

These guys have the best breadsticks. The are very soft and buttery. The stored is stacked full of pizza boxes to fulfill the customers demand in peak times.

I had a problem with my order Kevin the manager on duty was-helpful and corrected my order in a timely manner great customer service

Slow, inefficient, and cramped.

This is what they consider pepperoni pizza.
Almost NO sauce, and Very Little cheese.
No shortage of grease though. This place has the greasiest pizza I've ever had.

We won't be back.

As of this writing, their competition opened a store on Woodway, and has better deals.

Delicious pizza all the time, no matter the choice. Wish they didn't make it so greasy, but I guess it's alright for once in a while kind of meal. Takes only 15-20 min if you're picking up!

Wow.all I can say is wow. We ordered a pizza at noon, and 2 hours later it never showed up. We called, and called, and to no avail would anyone take responsibility. I'm really shocked and surprised at the attitude, and general nonchalance of their answers to our concerns. Terrible customer service, and if you want a pizza.at all.maybe call Dominos.

This location is absolutely garbage. Not only does the food quality suck, but everything from the management to the delivery drivers are incompetent fools. I believe the manager at this location is "Sergio"; your typical high school dropout. Unfortunately, no one taught Sergio how to communicate or deal with customers. Luckily, I will never be buying from this particular location ever again. I should have avoided it from the start based on their "2/10" rating on Yelp. Oh well, lesson learned. Save yourself the headache.

Ordered online for pickup in 15min. Showed up 30 min later and my order hadn't been started and the oven was empty. Not sure what the employees are doing but my order had been completely ignored for 30 minutes. Waiting area is hotter than outside and customer service is non existent.

Mangers and employees are rude had an employee hand up on me because he couldn't help me and the manager was next to him and let all this go down

Absolute worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to. Got a terribly made pizza the other week. Decided to give them another try. My pizza was just delivered and the toppings have slid to the side as if it was sideways in the delivery car. Avoid this place

Staff is friendly but the food was horrible. By far the worse pizza that I've tasted in history and this is coming from a guy who eats about anything. Don't waste your money and avoid this Pizza Hut location at all cost.
