Pizza Hut, Fort Worth TX

Terrible customer service for an issue caused by a late cold order. I placed an order at 8: 47 p.m. I called the actual location to ask about my order at 9: 42pm, the young lady that answered the phone said the order is on it's way. I received a text saying the order was on it's way at 9: 14pm.
I received the order at 10: 20pm while speaking with the store, I was not upset or raising my voice with the young lady when the order showed up stepped on. (just letting her know there was an issue). The manager lied and said I could pick up the order, since it's taken so long. Not helpful.not polite.rude.not manager material, because once I got to the store. I was told I needed to pay to get a new order, because the driver was pulled over and was able to deliver a stepped on, hour late cold order.

I ordered my pizza around 8: 20pm. I never received my order. I kept calling this particular store and they kept telling me that the driver just left. And around 11pm they just stop answering. I usually just pick up my pizza but my car was in the shop so I had no means of transportation to go pick it up. Pizza guy never showed up and this location acted like they didn't care. So I went to bed hungry and never got my order. Terrible service, Used to be a really good location but not anymore. The manager now is doing a terrible job there. He acted like he didn't care and the workers acted like they didn't care. Somebody needs to get fired in my opinion.

Where to begin. I ordered my food for delivery and said it would arrive around 8: 49 PM. I called around 30 minutes after supposed arrival asking what I'd going on with our order. She told me they only had two delivery drivers and he had six orders but mine was supposed to be delivered first.

I called around 9: 50 and asked if they could remake our order and we would come pick it up. When we picked it up, it was STILL cold. I think they gave us the same food we ordered from several hours ago. Who knows how long it was sitting in that person's vehicle? !

From now on, I will either order my food for pick up, but we are going to use another store.

Pizza Hut, make sure the food arrives when it is supposed to. Be courteous and respectful when we call asking for a remedy for the problem that was created. Also, please DON'T give us the same food we wanted several hours prior. That's unsanitary!

The pizza was ice cold when it arrived. It was probably made way before the driver picked it up. I get it everyone is struggling to have help these days but every time before this it was spot on.

If you love ordering food, and waiting three hours for it NEVER to show up this is the restaurant for you!

Terrible service, decided to stop by and order. I was informed they were too backed up and not taking more orders. They waited till I got to counter to inform me. I called twice before making a stop. Waited 10 min on phone then got disconnected.

Horrible service, they mistook our address and the lady who took our order was very rude. They did not take the order correctly and they paid us very well, but then they said they couldn't hear our address. They heard the card number very clearly. I do not reccomend this place.

This is mainly a take-out and delivery place. Not a sit down place. I've come a few times to get pizza for my son. The pizza is alright to me, but my son really likes it. Employees are really nice each time I've visited. There's usually a 7 - 10 minute wait if you order pizza at the counter. There are only about 4 chairs for waiting.

Pretty good pizza. If you are on a budget or just cheap the deals are good. The customer service is good at this location. Location is convient also. Parking is kinda annoying at certain times, but if you go late there is no issue. Would recommend.

We ordered online and ran by to grab our pizza. It was cool to see the reader board tv inside, which tells you the names of the people who ordered and how long until their pizza was ready. It took just under 15 minutes to get our pizza from the time we ordered, which we thought was pretty good. We got a pizza with one set of toppings on one side and a different set on the other, with the stuffed crust. They got our order exactly right.

Only one girl working on a Sunday. Creates bad customer service and didnt greet me at all just stayed on the back untill 2 other people came in and she took care of them. No tip

I got cheese bread stick that always come with sauce to dip it in. They wouldn't give me sauce for them without paying extra because I got them with my pasta. I don't dip me bread in pasta and you won't give me the bread sauce that comes with it without paying extra. This is why I choose domino's normally ugh.

Ordered pizza for delivery from the specified store on my app. Waited over an hr. Called. Waited 10 min. Hung up on. Called back. 10 min on hold. "We cancelled you order because we don't deliver out there. " Thank you. Could have called a brotha, jerks.

I place online carry out orders for this location very frequently for lunch. The pizza is always excellent, and they always provide fast and friendly service.

Good food, terrible customer service I had a previous problem with a previous order I placed which gave me a store credit, so when I call tonight to place my order the manager has the AUDACITY to tell me that my previous orders aren't her problem! Not a good way to keep your job maam!

It all right, they seem a bit hectic and chaotic when visited but the food is what you would expect from Pizza Hut

Walked in to order a pizza. Nobody around. Spotted someone near the back of the store. They ignored me. Waited a few more minutes. Absolutely no employees! Oh Well! Left and went next door to Jimmy Johns. No employees!

Tried ordering told me they couldn't find my address and hung up on me called Domino's had one in 30 minutes
