Pizza Hut, Weslaco TX

Very kind staff. When asked for packets of pepper & cheese they only sold them.first time ever in my 38years i never get packets with my pizza.

The food was good, but the wings I order were dry. A little more sauce would of made the wings perfect

The Edge pizza was under cooked, nothing crispy about it. Dont rush the pizza through the oven.

I use to always have issues at this location in the past and now they have been soooo soooo awesome! Great job improving from my perspective way to go!

Estimated time of delivery was not close at all. Took am extra 25 minutes past delivery window to receive order. And restaurant is less than 1 mile away

Placed a order online and paid for my food. The driver called me 20 min later and told me they didn't deliver to my address (which they never told me when I ordered) so I said ok I'll go pick up the food. Drove all the way there and they tried charging me again. I told them I had already paid but they said they canceled my order and it would take a few days to get it back and they wanted to charge me again. I'm not gonna pay twice for the same order! You guys should be working with me since you messed up my order! Then since they tried charging me twice my bank flagged the transaction and my debit card was useless for the rest of the night. I couldn't even buy food cause of these IDIOTS!

The server wasn't very attentive, even though we were the only ones there. She forgot our order and messed up our drinks 3 times.

Worst experience ever. Manager was very rude. I got my order in 47min. When i spoke to manager about my order taking long when theres only 4 families in the restaurant all she said was that they forgot to ring my order on time and to top it off the food was wrong, the drinks were wrong, the sofr drinks were flat. The other employees were laughing while i was talking to the manager. Iam a big fan of pizza hut, how sad there there is actually this kind of employees working at such a big franchise.

Omg I can't get enough of their hot wings! And I love the pizza! Pizza hut is great and delicious!

Really bad customer service. People were waiting to be seated and after a few minutes they got tired of waiting and they left.
My experience kinda the same really rude customer service.

Worst customer service, they take long to serve you and they bring the wings not even well cooked. At the end they ask to do a survey. I dont need to one I told them worst service never again.

Waitress was rude since she was leaving for the day no Dr pepper she did not even offer diet Dr pepper, my child spilled her drink and no one came to clean it up I took photos we did not get any refills the new waitress never came to check on us if we needed anything else pizza on in weslaco by Walmart it took the waitress 30 minutes before checking on us

Be careful managers don't keep their word and staff don't fill your order correctly. They didn't give me something that ordered so when I called manager said I will give you credit the next time you order. Well guess what that manager didn't note that I had credit so I got #%*? !

I was calling them since 11 am to place an order they never answered, when I get to the establishment and let them know they ignored me and didnt seem to even care. Bad customer service.

Poor customer service the employees are to busy gossiping than attending the customers. Food quality is poor also. No other customers were in the restaurant and it looked dirty, but the gossiping was more important. Oh and the manager working at the time was part of the gossip not caring.

Inside the restaurant it smelled really musty. Food was good, servers nice, clean inside. Good parking, clean lot.

I ordered 2 sausage pizzas and wings.i ordered burning hot wings and the wings were a little dry and not much sause at all

the pizzas were burned the second was not edible at all, it was burned the most.i took pictures of it i dont know how i could share it with you.completely disapointed for the first time.i picked up my order at 8.18pm
