I order from this store often and the quality of the ingredients were subpar! I called to express my disgust with the quality and they remade it and the remake was also slopped together and horrible. The dough was clearly beyond its shelf life and so were the bread sticks. This is unacceptable!

Stop over cooking the wings so they will be juicer when biting into them. When we got our order the garlic parm.wings had all the sauce in the bottom of the container instead of having the wings already doused in the sauce.

Placed an order for delivery waited 2 hours just to not get my order which apparently was lost some how

Ordering was easy online. Payment was simple. Pick up was great and the young lady when I picked up was polite, friendly and professional. Keep up the excellent service!

Getting a "Strongly Agree", is nice albeit I think it would take away from the urge to maintain that status. The rating I provided suits the cause! It gives you room and desire to keep grinding! Keep up the great work!

This location (N Mason Rd & Morton Ranch) used to have excellent customer service, accuracy, efficiency, and fast delivery. Not anymore. Drivers often (4 out of 5 orders) are either lost -yes, lost, even with today's technology, GPS, etc, or highly late. I received old or freezing orders when calling back -not asking for free food, but a suitable replacement, take the old/not fresh food back to the store and deliver the quality we expect from your brand, management provides everything but help. Excuses about why your order is late or cold. Pizza Hut at this location: YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY ONES, but you will be out of business eventually due to your lack of service and professionalism.

Pan pizza was soggy, box was pushed against pizzas causing cheese to on the box. Delivery was not on time.

I order the same order once a week stuffed crust light sauce extra xheese. This last order however was heavy sauce and no extra cheese. Not the norm but was this visit

I ordered 1 pizza, an order of boneless wings and 1 order of bone in wings for carry out. I drove back home and order was wrong. I got both bone in wings and I can't stand bone in wings. Even though these are covid times be sure and open and inspect your items here. This is second time at same location tbis has happened.
