Seriously always messing up. They charged me twice for a delivery that was 2 hours late. Don't make anything good.

Came to dine inn with the family Notice four employees and not one said Hello nor Hi. Went to wash my hands and omg smelled like NO Hand Soap not even a Notice the trash was over flowing of dirty paper towels on the floor- Made me think how clean are the employees hands are- Sat with the family notice dirty tables and trash on floors. Only 2 people were dining inn and the employee that took my order and comes back 10mins later to tell me that they don't have fries What a SHAME Did not even try to say Sorry would u like to try something else. Order came out and was Happy that food was hot. But no way are we coming back to this place. Dirty, Nasty, and Lazy employee's

Great customer service and food is good. Best pizza in town! Online orders are always on time. Great deals online and dine in.

Dislocation never answer the phone I've been calling for an hour straight they answer and just hang up

Very poor service. Server never came to table for refills had to get up and go to counter as other customers did they had enough servers but they were all laughing and talking behind the counter. Empty plates on the tables were not picked. Very poor service. Will not go there anymore. No stars

This place used to be decent. But do only teenagers run this store? I see no adult in sight. The cashier that was working today was so rude. When I was ready to pick up my pizza she didn’t even hand me my box she just said it’s over there.isn’t that their job? I’m done with this place. Do not go here. No wonder there are like only two customers inside this place whenever I stop by.

Ordered online. Was made incorrectly. Was given partial credit, a week later, ordered the same thing, again. And again, it was wrong. I have a 7,6,4, &3 yr old that when it's feeding time, it's feeding time. The manager herself was upset at me, for the crew getting my order wrong, and she decided to give attitude to me for her incompetent lack of skill set. Some Pizza Hut employees take pride in making the pizza done right and with love others just don't care and you can tell when you go up to pay the look in their faces that they're not happy to be there but they need a job.

I saw the attendant mopping then without wearing gloves or washing her hands go and serve one of the pizzas. Place is always slow and run down with a grungy feel, but ill admit they get my order right more offen than not.

I cant say much about the place in person as i only order online, but ive never had a bad experience. They always send me great deals through email, deliver the correct order, and have pretty friendly drivers. The pizza is pretty tasty too! My siblings consider it their favorite pizza place, right next to pizza patron. If you order online from them, I doubt you'll be disappointed.

Arrived at my house over 2 hours after ordering. Pizza wasn't even hot, it was lukewarm. Worse than cold.

Dirty tables. Service sucked and pizza buffet wasn't worth it. No fresh pizza. All Employees in the back while customers in the store. Dirty dirty on the Westside.

I stopped ordering here the last 6 months due to repeated bad experiences with customer service and ridiculous wait times/cold food. Idk if they have new management or what has changed but they have totally redeemed themselves I've had great fresh food and super fast delivery the last few times. Under
30 minutes from ordering they are at my door

Service was terrible. Have alot of teens running around acting like they're working, restaurant is dirty. Caught workers that handle food touching their hair, their face, and nose. A big no no. Disgusting experience.

I placed an order on line a few minutes later I called just to confirm they had received my order and they couldn't answer the phone I had called 4 times
