Pizza Hut should stay open with their buffet longer than just 1: 00 not everybody can get off that early for lunch

This Pizza Hut location is the best around. We got the New Yorker this time, just to try it. We were not impressed. We'll stick to our usual from now on

They do not hold up what the pizza hut website says! There are items on the website that advertise one thing and then it gets delivered, you get something else. I have spoken with someone about this twice now and both times have been told that the website is wrong that the items have changed.

Pizza was perfect, received as ordered. The Fairfield, TX location was closed yesterday and I was a bit worried the additional 10 mile drive, one way, to this location may not go well. It was delicious! We will definitely frequent this location when we are there, which is often!

The was good and hot and the only reason you didn't get a 5 star rating was my pizza was wrong. The manager was very professional and this why you got a three. Elijah was his name I think and I have to say great job on the way you solved my problem.

When life is upside down and you're living out of boxes there is nothing better than hot pizza. People talk and they share. The pizza was really good. It hit the spot.

This pizza hut is very spacious and clean. Servers and waitresses were kind and helpful. We ordered small personal pizza and pasta which came right in time.

Relatively quick take out and good pizza. Nothing out of the ordinary but a good clean restaurant with a nice staff.

Have been here a few times since I moved to Palestine. Staff is always friendly and efficient.

The staff I dealt with were wonderful. Caught the end of the buffet and still had plenty of variety.

Very polite and delightful people, good comfort food and pricing. Bailey is a have to meet lady.

I love pizza hut pizza! I don't like getting some call center when I dial the local number, but my order was ready and correct.

Waitress was great food was good price on Thursdays is very good buy one get one for a dollar

Pizza came at the promised time, food was hot and delicious! We got a box, and the three of us had PLENTY to eat!

I took my 2 daughters and three of their children to the Sunday buffet.
First the service was awesome.
The food was delicious, a good variety of pizza, bread sticks and a small salad bar.
The grandbabies were happy, my daughters were happy, and the not so large bill made ME very happy.
Clean tables, clean restroom, clean kitchen (of what I could see).
I would definitely recommend it.

We ordered pizza from the pizza hutt here in Palestine regularly, so i called and made an order and the guy rang my order up wrong and didn't add my cookie cake to my order. They didn't send the condiments like grated cheese or any napkins.nothing. I have kids here who were real upset when their cookie cake didn't come. I called them back and asked why my order was wrong and tried to order another cookie cake for the kids. The lady then told me I couldn't get another cake on delivery because the total didn't add up to enough for their delivery guy to waste his time with. So, after spending $40 not 20 minutes ago, now my order isn't enough to get the complete order I tried to get the first time. I will not Ever give this place my business again. Hello Domino's from now on!

I mean agree - strongly agree are really the same. Does agree mean you recommend and strongly agree means you get forceful? You have good pizza. I have Hut numbers in my phone all over the State and Louisiana. Thanks. Good pie.

The food (grilled chicken) pizza topping and service was excellent. Pizza Hut is my family favorite pizza joint.

This order was perfect. The pizza was great and it was ready on time. Staff was courteous.

Staff was very friendly the food wasn't that great though, although I think we just got there at a bad time since when we got there they were closing the buffet for the day
