Ordered a pizza at 6: 30pm to be delivered at 7: 15. The pizza was never delivered. No call, no text, no email, nothing.

Best service and food always! My husband and I used to live at the apartments next door to this location and whether we ordered carry out or delivery the experience was always great! We now live near the AT&T center and the pizza huts near this area and even the North east locations always let us down. Now we drive to eat specifically from this location and we’re okay with that because at least we know we’re getting what we paid for!

Very bad waiting time I order at 7: 40pm so I can get my order not so late for dinner, I received a text message that my order was on its way at 8: 12 I didn’t receive my order till about almost 10 o’clock at night my order was 2 hours late the food was cold and nasty, my Order wasn’t right my bread sticks where supposed to be cheese sticks they where not, I was missing my extra wings, missing my Parmesan cheese, Then they sell stuff online that they can’t even provide like the Parmesan cheese the delivery driver said they had none so they charge me for it but I got none

It's the same as most other pizza huts. My only complaint is they never put enough sauce even when I order extra. The wing sauce is so good and nothing beats stuffed crust.

Used to be one of mine and my fiance's favorite spots to hang out and eat, people had gone downhill. They have no servers now, food was served in to go boxes, dishes were dirty, they didn't even have cups we literally had to either choose from a 2 liter or 20 oz soda and when given parmesan cheese and pepper we were told by the guy that was cleaning tables to make sure that these stayed here after we were done. It's so unfortunate this place has gotten this bad.

They don’t wash their dishes properly, even after they washed it the second time it was still dirty.

They are extremely slow when it comes to delivery orders. I received a text at 7: 11pm that it was out for delivery and the guy took an hour and half to deliver a pizza to my apartment and the restaurant 5 minutes away from my place. I should have just picked up and learned from my mistake from last time from having them deliver.
I’ll call and the girl will say “we’re extremely backed up.as per usual. Plus the guy that’s delivering really old…”
I understand that and I try to give it the benefit of the doubt but it should not take that long nor should you be rude about the poor man age and his performance.
For now on I will be going to the Jackson Keller location and NOT Fredericksburg.

Great pizza. We ordered to deliver to the hotel as were visitors to the city of San Antonio. The pizza was hot and great tasting.

Had gotten a mobile order, got there, paid, took around 2min to get my pizza, and the pizza was great, the girl who charged me tho didn’t seem so friendly but that’s fine

Spent 40 dollars to get some pizzas delivered, they never came.

Called after a hour of waiting, manager said it was 10 mins out. Waited another hour, Angelina said she has no records of my order, said to wait until tomorrow to get my food / speak to manager since he left.

Called the next day, manager had no idea about anything and apparently refunded me the money.

Never got a refund, or anything to compensate the time and money wasted.

Don’t order anything from this place.unless you went to get scammed.

Real it's not joking this that poor experience on this pizza hut never happen in The others pizzas I order pizza online and 5 minutes latter call me and say it's close and supost to be close at 11: 00 and I order at 10: 30 real bad service don't recommend
