17Can’t get a hold of anyone at the store. When you call it’s a 3rd party. They told me the manager would call. Still waiting… took over 2 hours to get our food and it was cold and the pizza didn’t look much like a pizza.
My thin crust was like eating crackers. Dry n hard. Sadly frozen pizzas are better. Very disappointed
Not the best, that Pizza Hut has made in the passed, maybe it was the poor choice of employees working for Pizza Hut now, no I have no need to go back to them again just staying with Frozen pizzas that I can cook it home they have a much better Taste, I had to give one star to get to Share more about my family experience.
I ordered pizza at 7pm and it arrived 3 hours later. Pizza and wings arrived cold. How does it take 3 hours to reach my house when I live 3 minutes away from pizza hut. I do not recommend ordering from this location. Papa johns and dominos will now be my go to for pizza in spring branch.
Seen they were open till 11 so went to dive in at 8: 45. The waitress sat us and was nice but as she went behind the counter a guy, who i think we a cook, started yelling at her saying they stop serving dine-in at 9 so she shouldn't have seated us. He got louder and louder treating her very poorly. We ended up taking our business somewhere else.
Wow, just went to spring Branch PH, and spent $45+ on two pizzas. One supreme and a 3 topping pizza. All we got were 1/4 of the ingredients. If I want bread, I can go to HEB, for a couple of bucks. Come on now, Load thatup
There is always something wrong with orders
From being burnt crust to crust not being fully cooked and even being charged for items I ordered and did not receive
I ordered the Big Box which was supposed to be 3 medium square pizzas. I got 2 square and one round. No one told me that they didnt give me the right order or why they gave me a round pizza.
The ordering process was inconvenient. I called the number listed through Google and was told I had to call a call center with a Houston number for a pizza I was picking up in Spring Branch near San antonio. I ended up having to order online which I don't like to do. The guy working was wonderful and I feel he could have used some help. He was friendly and helpful and gets 5 stars but the ordering process gets 3.
I waited for the Contactless delivery in my car and no one came out. Then I had to go into the store to get my pizza and still had to wait. There was only one employee in the store and he was not able to keep up with the orders. Mine was ready and sitting in the warming oven but still had to wait 15 minutes to pick it up.
Price seemed very high. Delivery was very fast. There are many pizza stores. Competition is great out here. Price should be watched.
Gave 4 stars because dining room was pretty dirty. That being said there was one young man by himself on a Saturday at noon. He was so polite and even brought my son and I napkins, plates and our pizza. He had more customer service in left thumb than a host of folks much older than him. Pizza Hut should be happy this young man is their employee.
I ordered online with contact less pick up. I waited for 10 minutes called they said would b out shortly. Waited another 5 minutes went in no one waited on me for about 2 or 3 minutes. Finally the guy threw it at me on the counter and said he would take care of it. I paid online so turned to leave. The larger guy accused me of not paying. Will not b back VERY POOR customer service.
I ordered a large three toppings pizza. There were very little toppings on my pizza. It was bare. My family did not like this pizza at all. We were all very disappointed.
Pizza was ready when i was told it would be. It was made exactly how I ordered. It tasted great. Salad was fresh and exceeded my expectations. I was pleased and full!
Make me a plan pizza that is a plan pizza. Should be rectangular with square slices not a normal-looking pizza. And it turned out very dry. Not too happy and I ordered extra sauce on it did not see any extra sauce.
I've been going to Pizza Hut for decades and it used to be a 6 star review in my opinion - my all time favorite restaurant. But over the recent years I've been disappointed more often than not. I realize the staff makes the difference but basic menus and quality has changed noticeably over the years - especially with the Personal Pan Pizza. It's always been a favorite for an inexpensive, fast, filling and delicious meal. Originally it was a good size pan pizza which came with 2 toppings at a cost of $3.99. Yesterday I ordered PPP in Fredericksburg, TX and was charged extra for each topping at the cost of a full size pizza. The pizza itself has shrunk to the size of single slice of pizza and stingy with sauce (practically dry) even when I asked for extra sauce. For 2,2 topping PPP's with 2 drinks I was charged $20+! I could have bought 2 large pizzas on a 'deal' for that price. So disappointed in my 'happy place' these days.
I gave 3 stars only for good memories. Why so chincy now Pizza Hut?
