Ordered online took over an hour just to get our order and when it got here food was cold and stale
Ordered pizza at 9pm they sent me a text that it was on its way. Pizza never arrived driver never called and of course by the time I called store was closed. If driver didn’t find me he should have called or ask front desk … laziness
Ridiculous Took more than an hour for our food to get to the house and it was cold plus they got our order wrong.
As the store manager of a local parts store I was treating my crew to lunch.
I called in the order and it arrived Luke warm and there was no untensils or dipping sauce for the cheesey bread there was also hair baked into the food. I called and spoke with the manager and He hung up on me. I went down in person and he called the police on me. Frankly saying he didn't care.
1 star is way to generous for this location. This manager should be fired.
I will tell everyone I know about this incident and I know a lot of people.
I ordered pasta for delivery it was a mess. At least I don’t recommend delivery for pasta from here.
The food was horrible will never be ordering from this Pizza Hut ever again do not recommend at all
Manager hung up on us when my husband complained about the middle of the pizza being raw dough.
We ordered from this location at 6: 30 then by 3 1/2 hours go by and nothing we tried calling from multiple phones over and over again and they would just hang up on us or put us on hold but no one would answer we planned on tipping the driver but no one ever came or answered. We are loyal customers and love Pizza Hut but we won’t ever order from here again.
We ordered two large pizzas! One hand tossed, one pan! We did not get our pan that cost us extra! We gthree toppings, two meat and a vegetable! We did not get one of the meat on either pizza! Then we had to pay more for the cheese sticks because they were out of regular sticks!
The taste for what we got, was good! The employee was actually nice too
But it was a real disappointment not to get what we ordered and having to pay extra and not getting them
The pizza was way undercooked. They asked us to bring the pizza back and would not remake it until they saw the undercooked pizza first. That is two trips back to the store and the 20 min wait time for the new pizza to be made and cooked right. All at our expense. They cited it was the new managers "policy". When I spoke to the manager on the phone he wasn't willing to make it right. Except remake the pizza. All while our other pizza was at home getting cold. He then had the audacity to hang up on me. I get people try to take advantage of the situations like this, but when they were in the wrong all they had to say was "that's all I can do. " They took no accountability. There was no apology or credit. Just what they should have done the first time. They even undercooked the remade pizza and had to throw it back in the oven. We will never use this location again.
Took over 30 minutes just to let me know upon arrival that my order had not been started. That was after lying and saying the pizzas were coming out the oven.
They were ok when it came to paying attention we did not get all the forks we needed normally they are on top of they should fix the customer service just a little bit.
Our mini cinnamon rolls were to well done, bottoms and tops were dark. They tasted okay but did not look appealing. The rest of our order was great.
I ordered online.paid and set a time.when my plans changed, i called to tell them that i needed to move up the time.staff seemed really irritated by this.
