18I would leave 0 stars but 1 star is the lowest it will allow. The manager Ruth cursed, yelled, screamed & out right was rude to a lady who came into pizza hut today.very unprofessional and I will not be back. That was very poor service as other customers looked on and laughed. The fellow employee tried apologizing for the managers behavior. However the manager Ruth was very vocal & rude.
Got a pizza delivery waited a whole hour for them to say we tried to call. I didnt need a phone call I needed a pizza delivery! Thanks alot
You can order pizza online but if they don't feel like delivering it'll just sit at the store. When calling the store you will get told there's no driver and it's out of range for door dash. Worst pizza experience in this town.
I really don't kno why but the pizza an wings were just amazing an the right temperature! I have never had bad service from this Pizza Hut!
This store is the greatest pizza hut I've ever been to Linda and Ruth really take care of their customers to the best of their ability I would recommend this store whenever someone is searching for pizza
Can't seem to make my pizza the way I ask. I even send pictures and call to speak to the manager so it will be done right even though I am using the pizza hut app. I have been using the DAYTON pizza Hut for years and they have not gotten my orders right, not once,
Good Pizza, No drivers rarely, usually I have to pick up / carry out pizza from here. Alright Service.
Pizza was good and hot. Pepsi was cold. Order was ready on arrival. Everyone was polite. Couldn't ask for better. The best part? Their phone mix up between Liberty store and Dayton store. Fixed.

Called for pizza. Told them I read the reviews. They stated they would take of care of me. 25 to 30 minutes for delivery. I am still waiting for my pizza and it's been an hour and 15 minutes. Guess the reviews were right. First and last time I will use their service. BTW. My order w/ coupon was 10.83 if I pick it up. 16.80 to deliver.plus tip. SMH.

Need more employees I placed an order and 2 mins later they call us to ask if we want to cancel instead of asking if we want pick up also we redeem points and it just got wasted not cool
Awful, no one wears a mask and I saw someone coughing. To top it off, we found 3 strands of hair in our food. We had to throw it away. Never buying here again.
The pizzas were delivered hot and loaded with toppings. They were just like you see in the advertisements and commercials. They were cooked perfectly and tasted amazing!
There was not enough sauce on the pizzas. They were so dry and the crust was harder than normal for some reason.
When my pizza was delivered if was cold as well as my bread sticks. Not very happy I spent 40 dollars for cold food.
I did not receive the correct order as my thin crust pizza did not have pepperoni on it, also my stuffed crust pizza was hard as a rock in some spots of the pizza as if the dough was out of date Pryor to cooking the pizza was not fresh at all. Very disappointing.
I am never able to use my rewards and last time I ordered delivery the drivers car broke down 2 hrs after my food was supposed to be delivered so not only did I have to go pick my food up (same cold food, no the order was not remade) but I was still charged the delivery fee
