Pizza Hut, Odessa TX

Chose contactless. Instead got a no show liar who said she called multiple times and knocked. She did neither.

Husband ordered a pizza and a melt and it took them an hour and half to get to him. He was staying at the Laquinta Inn down the road and they said no room number was left, idk if the delivery driver couldn't get ahold my husband they could've been smart enough to go to the front desk and ask for him. I'm leaving 1 star only cuz it wont let me post otherwise! Don't think they need a tip and a full refund should be given.

I ordered food during what appeared to be a dinner rush, and witnessed everyone working in a smooth assembly line. I thought surely this was going to take a while, but to my suprise, it came out in a timely manner. Definitely will come here again. Great food and service with a smile.

Well, where do I start. I came here with my Grandson from Houston. We decided the second day we were here to get pizza hut. This location was filthy. Tables, kitchen, Windows and doors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a year. Do they not have a health inspection here. I have worked in multiple pizza huts through out my life. And we would never got away with that. Also rude personnel. People with long hair, no hair net. I love this town, and I'm glad my Grandson will be working and living here. But will never come back to this pizza hut. Also wings were not what we ordered. There's more about the food, but I'm tired. But I think this place needs to be reported.

Flawless order and delivery. Driver was courteous and polite. Staff answering the phone was informative and relayed a message to the driver for my room number. Pizza is nice and hot!

Everything was on point. Delivered when said it would be. Traditional wings were in haled so fast by family barely had time to see them in the box and pizza and breadsticks were perfection.

This place is a scam they doubled my order an charged my card for it an won’t refund it. They’ve done this before too an it’s impossible to get a refund. I’ve hounded the store an the general manager will never call you back.

Man we love pizza hut but this place is horrible we have been waiting for 2 hours and still no luck I called the store and the driver answered she started that the order was there and also stated that if they would hire more people I wouldn't have to be waiting WTH she said it will be out in 30 min she thinks and the manager seems lost I will be making a tiktok video of this never again pizza hut you need to step up and do something I've never had this happen to me Please fix this

Here's a review.if you're from the real United States.don't come to this area of Mexas, which should be its new title. And expect to order a simple pizza! They are all dumb Illegal Mexicans on the phone! Stay east of the Mississippi!

Ordered this and took over a hour to get and was luke warm most definitely not even worth 1 star and the costumer service is not exactly pleasant I can honestly say that the pizza hut in my home town could teach y'all how to be better with costumer service

Pizza was not half pepperoni like I'd asked. Pizza was "out for delivery" for over an hour. Food was cold by the time we got it. We were not given the marinara sauce for our breadsticks or the icing for our cinnamon stick things. Driver said they'd be back with it as soon as possible. Driver never came back. I called the restaurant, explained the situation and was told another driver left for a delivery and should have our sauces with him. I asked for them to call and make sure the driver had it and that hed bring it. I was left on hold for 45 minutes. No driver came back. Half of our food was inedible because of this. I'd call to get my money back, but I'm pretty sure I'd only be on hold for an obscenely long time again.

I pre ordered an hour before hand for a pick up order. The order was still 15 minutes late. When we got the food one slice was way different than the rest, and all 5 pies were burnt. Will not be ordering from this location again.

Everything dirty.we asked if they could clean a table for us to which they replied okay but you have to order here. We asked where the menu was and she pointed to a place next to her on the register.husband asked again if they could clean the table for us so that we could look at the menu sitting down.and she said the tables are always sticky & my husband said “no there’s food all over all the tables chairs and & floors on all tables” then she replied well the menu is there if you want to order.if I could give it zero stars i would never going to that specific location again.still driving to another further location

There's a big manager lady that will just stare down the cashier. It's Pizza Hut, chill. Other than that, my food comes out as expected.

It smells really old in there.

Tonight I ordered and had the same horrible experience everyone else has had. After reading all of those reviews it’s obvious not even the manager cares what happens. Regardless of whether they like their job or not I want my money back bc I didn’t spend $50 for disappointment.

Edit: I’d like to add. These people just figured out how to get paid with out doing anything. This place might as well be shut down.

Called ahead, talked with someone named Carlos. Got to the restaurant and waited for the pickup. I walked inside and I asked for my pickup order. I found no one named Carlos was there. Turns out it was a call center that answered my call. The in-store customer service was great, but for real screw your call center. I'll update this review when I hear any sort of feedback about this call center situation being remedied.

We waited 30 minutes for no reason. I added a star for the awesome in store employees, they're the real MVPs. My rating is in no way negatively affected by their actions.

Haven't ordered from Pizza Hut in a while. Decided to try them this time and the Pizza and wings were great. I'd hazard to say the best I've had in a long time.

This was the most disgusting place every! Employees do not wash hands. I ordered my pizza the 1 person mopping stops wipes his face then grabs the tray to make my pizza I stopped him and asked him to wash his hands. Absolutely Disgusting!

We decided to "dine-in, " but all of the tables were dirty and there was a broom and trash can in the middle of the restaurant. When served at our table we were brought plates and our pizza in the traditional boxes. It has been a while since we have eaten inside of a pizza hut so this may be the standard process. Sure do miss the old days!

Delivery is ALWAYS late, the customer service is horrible, used to enjoy pizza from pizza hut but this location sucks. I moved to this side of town ordered a pizza and it didn't arrive until 3 hours later.i called twice only to be told it will be 30-46 min later BOTH TIMES.you lost me as a customer
