Pizza Hut, Pecos TX

I waited over 1.5 hours for 1 medium pizza. Do not come here ever you will be sorry. Pizza Hut In Pecos Texas is the worst pizza place I have ever been to.
What a wasted Fathers Day.

I ordered online. It estimated my time to be 20 minutes, give or take, of course. I showed up and let them know about my order. Guy at desk said it just needed to be cut. 30 mins later it still hadn't even been made!

Poor service. 1 star. No offer to replace order or compensate for it. Nothing.

Called several times to get an update on order. Call went directly to "ORDER CENTER"; called was transferred to local store. Call was not answered. I was on hold for more than 10 minutes! What kind of employees do they have? WHY can't calls go directly to the store INSTEAD of a call center? I made the order at approximately 1: 30 it is 4: 49 order has not been delivered! So I went somewhere else to get something to eat! This is ridiculous!

They lost my business for life. Show the food was delivered, it wasn’t. And charged my card, I will never eat here again in my life. And customer service gave me the runaround for an hour and a half. Avoid this place at all cost!

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, AWFUL CALL CENTER, TOOK MY ORDER I CLEARLY SPECIFIED FOR DELIVERY AND RECORDER SAYS READY TO PICK UP! IT'S BEEN MORE THAN AN HOUR; MY CREDIT CARD HAS BEEN CHARGED AND NO ONE IS RESPONDING TO ME!
I HAD SPOKE WITH MORE THAN 10 PEOPLE ASKING TO BE TRANSFER TO THE LOCAL STORE AND STUPID RECORDING MACHINE KEEPS PLAYING MUSIC. AWFUL! SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS!

This Pizza Hut is so sad, the restaurant part is so dirty I’m not sure how they are open. The vents from the cool have built up dust on them that it look like it will fall off in to our food the tables did have napkins but that napkins holder that were covered in dust as well. The floor looks like it’s moped with there’s day old mop water from. The staff all thought they were nice looks like they all have for got how to wash their clothes. This pizza was not cooked all they way and I now remember why I don’t eat Pizza Hut any more thank you for reminding me ewwwww

Back again at pizza hut burnt and sad looking personal pizzas that got thrown away ordered cheese bread sticks and got regular. /////////_//_/_////////////I had just made a post and after all of that waiting I get home and my pizza is missing half of the ingredients

I used the DoorDash and I placed an order for two 14” pizzas, one meat lovers with sausage and pepperoni and one supreme with sausage green pepper and onion.

The meat lovers had NO meat on it.

The supreme had only sausage on it.

The supreme was not cut into pieces.

Tried to call and got the corporate answering center who played the let’s put it on hold and let the next person ask if she wants to make an order. I figured out their game after about 4 answers and was finally told they had no way to transfer my call to your store.

We paid $64.03 for pizza that is not what we want.

If I could give you zero stars, I would.

Nastiest pizza I’ve ever had, if you can even call it pizza. First time I ordered from here 2 months ago, I thought it was just a fluke but somehow this time around was even worse. Breadsticks and pizza were undercooked and cold. They didn’t even put cheese on the pizza. How do you forget 1 of the 4 ingredients it takes to make a pizza. I wouldn’t make my worst enemy eat this trash. And the best part is, no one will answer the phone when you call the store.

Not only was the pizza cold, but the sauce was spread so thin as you can see in the picture. Yes, it's a thin crust pizza, but there is no reason to present a product so poorly made.

Attempted to order delivery tonight. Pizza did not arrive at specified time. Called for status and got a revised time 40 min later. That came and went too. Pizza never delivered. All calls for further information were immediately transferred to the recording. No pick up. Very disappointing. Now I'll call my credit card and assure I'm not paying for nothing.

Placed my order today online (3230313131923001432035513), the order showed up wrong, missing one super Supreme pizza, tried calling the store to get it fixed but keep getting the call center, I keep asking to speak with someone at the store but to no avail, no one answered, currently on hold for 15 minutes now

Ordered my food at 930pm didn't get it till 1130pm didn't bring everything I paid for and the Pizza dough Isn't cooked fully never ordering from this pizza hut again

Well food is but service not to good do to I was sitting in the table for more then 30minute never got help or asked if I was ti dine ing. I say the food is good because I never got any food as you can see well I think they need to change personal or shut down the pizza place

After a number of times of calling to get answers on dine in or buffet opens or closed, just to be put on hold or the call center rerouting me to other stores, I find the unacceptable. The team in this store is unprofessional and could careless if you are happy with your order, my last order was wrong and cold, it was addressed and the attitude was oh well. I'll be placing a call to Pizza Hut Corporate office and see how the CEO likes hearing about how horrible this store is.

Worst Pizza Hut you could possibly go to, 90% of the workers don’t know what the hell they are doing. For this pizza we were told “we made 2 pizzas and this was the best one, the dough wouldn’t rise and it kept bubbling up. ” What a joke. 2 of the slices don’t even have anything on them. You want a decent pizza, don’t go to the one in pecos.

What happened to this place? It’s horrible service now.
I used to come for Buffet twice a week, Also noticed a change on the food. It used to be hot and fresh now it’s undercooked or dry. I will not be going there anymore.
