Pizza Hut, Lubbock TX

I enjoy going to Pizza Hut every now and then with my girl. I do, however, always recommend ordering online even if you are dining in. It is so much cheaper. Nice friendly staff food was hot

I came into this location for the first time this evening with my friend. He was getting reimbursed for a pizza that wasn't made correctly initially, the manager offered to give him store credit.

First the good, this location is very clean, very modern well equipped and staffed. They have a full bar (I don't indulge, but for those who do.) Plenty of TV screens, excellent seating, seems like a first class pizza and spirits location.

The bad, when bringing out the replacement pizza, my friend and I were very polite and said thank you sir and were happy, until said manager, while demonstrating his discontent, along with his body language, didn't say anything after dropping the pizza onto our table and stormed off. Obviously he didn't like having to make up for not getting it right the first time. I'm not pleased even though the replacement pizza was better than the first one they didn't get right.

As you can see in the photo, not cut close to even, not cooked completely, torn out of the pan due to improper prep thrown into the box and handled with bare hands.

Customer service and professionalism go a long way for a business, and the lack thereof, well you know the rest.

This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered a pizza from here and it arrived like this both times. I gave it 2 stars solely because it was down to the driver (s) reckless driving looking like this, not the cooks. I tried getting in touch with Pizza Huts customer service, but they didn’t really seem to care. It also seems like others are having issues with this location lately as well. I miss when ‘Customer’ service meant something.

Had a pepperoni thin crust I loved and people were very nice and it didn't take long, I had called in to order and when 8 got there it was hot and ready, Thank you Pizza Hut

Had to repeat my phone number 4 times for them to get it correct. They didn't get the order correct. Instead of the classic marinara sauce, I wanted the garlic sauce. I got the classic marinara sauce with garlic sauce in a cup. This was my first and last time to this location. I'd rather go to little Cesar's and a pizza from there.

We order from this place because it’s closer yet every time they seem to get something wrong with our order we ordered a pizza with jalapeños the ONLY thing we paid for since we got the pizza free with point open the box just some bright bell peppers me being the pickiest person I am heated and very upset it’s always something with THIS place not satisfied n very mad.jus based on the fact we had to take off something we paid for bc they got it wrong.

Worst experience ever. It stated 30-40 minute delivery time. We called at the 55 minute mark and they said the screen was cleared and it was out for delivery. Well now It’s been 70 minutes since we placed ordered so we decided to call and apparently the app “malfunctioned” and it was set for carry out. The manager, Danella or vanilla (hard to catch her name) was extremely hateful and rude and said they had no control over the app so we would have to pay for the same order TWICE. Do not order from this Pizza Hut unless it’s under new management.

I’m not one to leave bad reviews on places but the general manager raised her voice at me when I was simply trying to get an issue resolved and just overall had a bad customer experience.

Worst pizza and breadsticks ever. Pizza was not cooked and breadsticks looked as if they were smothered in puke. Waste of 20$.

Pizza Hut has began to charge for parmesan cheese and crushed peppers. This was never the case for as long as I can remember. I guess greed has touched Pizza Hut to, too bad, subtracts from the overall experience for me.

Worked with us and is managed wonderfully. Love their pizza and the rewards program is decent too! They always surprise me with how quickly they can make a pizza. So good.

Janella the GM was the worst. She exhibited the worst customer service after she messed up this order. Continued to yell at me and I wasn’t even able to eat on my lunch break.

Man every time i have gotten pizza or wings from here i get food poisoning from this place.

Maybe bring pizza before 2 and a half hours and when you call up there they have no idea you ordered a pizza and never apologized or anything

The pizza is always fresh, just as we ordered, and the delivery people are always friendly and polite!

Even though took too long to get my order which not been here since was built but was convenient while doing business near by this Pizza Hut was a nice place as a nice atmosphere which can dine if a person or family wanted to. I'll eventually return again.

The cheesebread was way over cooked, you could hear the crunch everytime you took a bite. The pan pizza was also made different some crust was thin and some where thick. It was not an even crust. Disappointed for sure.
