Excellent pizza. The crust was well cooked, not greasy. The toppings were fresh and the order was ready when stated.

Never got delivery correct took. Two hrs then no change. Left me hungry im bed ridden order once a week

It seems that over time the mixing of the Honey BBQ sauce with the chicken wings or nuggets has been less than desired. The sauce may or may not be all on the bottom of the container require manual mixing. At times, the chicken ends up being dry to inadequate sauce. If this does not improve, I will stop purchasing from Pizza Hut.

The service was bad, the lady had an attitude with me and my brothers, and they was late with the pizza so my food was cold.

Very timely delivery. Delivery driver was very polite and professional. Website was easy to work and text updates were nice.

I had the best pepperoni pizza ready when i arrived waiting for me. Angel assisted me and made sure i didn't leave without cheese, peppers, napkins and paper plates. Excellent experience. Too bad they were out of fries as my family enjoys those as well.

Food is usually good but it’s never hot or even warm when I get it. It’s always room temperature.

Follow the order that was requested and tell the drivers to stop acting like they want are getting a tip. That was already done via online.

I usually get excellent service. My pizza was not what I ordered. I called back within 5 mins of delivery and the guy that answered said he didn't know what I wanted him to do. I want what I paid for!

The thin crust pizza is not very flavorful. I think the crust should be changed. It was just bland. I liked it better when it was made with the cornmeal.

For the past three online orders I have requested light cheese with extra sauce but have received extra cheese with light sauce. I have no idea if there is a problem with the online ordering or if people aren't reading them properly.

I was very disappointed with the quality of my pizza. I ordered a stuffed crust pizza and it was very hard. The stuffed crust had very little cheese and was not the normal fluffy crust you would expect with stuffed crust pizza. Not too sure when I would order from this store again.

Nothing beats a Pizza Hut Pan Pizza. They never get tiresome. The crew at this store are capable and remained friendly, even when they were obviously getting slammed. (That means they were extremely busy.) Go team go!

Masks worn properly, limited number of customers permitted inside at one time (it's carry-out only), and stickers on the floor for social distancing.

I do have a suggestion for the app: Indicate which sauce is *typically* used on a style of pizza if none is specified.

Ordered 2 large pizza carry out. Arrived to pickup only to see 2 burnt pizzas. Requested to have them remade and to receive a credit for the inconvenience of having to wait an additional 20 minutes. Manager refused to compensate us. (Black male manager).

Its not the same anymore not sure what happened I think it the ingredients. It used to be my favorite pizza
