Pizza Hut, Rusk TX

My order wasn't anything like I ordered it, I thought I'd try the new chicken parmesan melt but my order didn't have ANY chicken on it on either melt

Friendly and attentive staff. Hot and delicious pizza every time. A few classic arcade games & free Giant Jenga & Connect Four.

Love this Pizza Hut! They always prepare our order just like we like it (we use the app a lot) and it's always ready when we get there. Their salads are always fresh and if something isn't right, their manager will make it right. Never an issue there. From pizza to cheese sticks to salad to pasta, Pizza Hut is still making it great!

The Pizza Hut in Rusk is great! We travel here from Colorado to see our kids, and when we come we order from Pizza Hut. This restaurant has always provided us with great service and great food - better than any other Pizza Hut we have been to. Keep up the great service Pizza Hut, Rusk, Texas!

So nice to have a sit down pizza parlour. Reminds me of the eighties. I enjoyed the lunch buffet. Hot fresh pizza. Nice manager.

Ordered it on line drive up to window. Lady was super friendly at window. My edge pizza was made to order hot and fresh. A quick perfect meal after a day of mowing.

Has improved from years past. We use the mobile app and pick up at the window. Haven't had an issue with an order in almost 2 years. Polite and friendly staff.

Poor service cooks not wearing hair nests eating at the up front in front of everyone including the manger never again eating there

Wife and I stopped in on our way back to Houston. Very friendly people and the food came out fresh and hot in a very quick time. This location brought back memories of growing up wish we still had dine in locations in Houston. We will be stopping in again next time we are in rusk.

Pizza was almost raw in the middle, ordered double sausage.pizza had almost zero sausage. Horrible pizza! Wings were stale.tasted awful.

Every few months I go ahead and order; and every few months I am again disappointed. The grease is setting on top of the cheese. It either has too much sauce or not enough and once not at all. This time is was just awful. We ordered 4 pizzas all large all different toppings and all styles of crust and yet not one was a Pizza Hut pizza. It is just aggravating, when the ADULTS say we should just get frozen pizzas.well.

I ordered a large pizza with pepperoni on half and chicken and sausage on the other half but there was no chicken.

I ordered chicken wings and some of them looked like someone ate the meat off the bottom half. I also picked contactless pickup none of the employees had on facemask

Pizza was ready on time for pickup, well prepared with adequate toppings and crispy crust as ordered. Well done.

Make the quality of the food better. Actually make the garlic boneless wings the right way. Don't for the sauce for the bread sticks

We were told "not taking orders" 30 minutes before closing time, what the heck is the point of being open then?

Online ordering is a joke. They do not read the notes or don't care which caused us to stop ordering 2 years ago. But trying to reset because we know people deserve another chance and 2 years change can happen. Our pizza was already 10 minutes late past the latest delivery time. So we call because to check on our order. They are having issues with drivers. Okay.and they tell us when the drivers get back Our pizza is next to get out.after they arrive the pizza will take 15 minutes to get here. So that means in best case scenario the pizza would be here 25 minutes late. No warning from the store. Nothing

First, the price unknowingly was way to much. It is still advertised as $4.99. I was not told the raised price included a drink so I got water. I was not checked on and was disappointed. Be aware that lunch buffet is 9.95 now and they will not tell you it includes a drink. Don't try to save with water. I thought even with a tip and no service, I was going to get a good deal. Wrong. Do not assume anything in Rusk, Tx. Ask Ask Ask. No more for me. No thank you.
