Cold pizza took 95 minutes. No ranch no sauce for breadsticks. Worse pizza and cost $35. Find another place!

I put "make with love, please" on the special instructions, kind of as a joke since me and my friend both have chronic pain issues and were in a lot of pain yesterday. The girl who made our pizza made a smiley face with the pepperoni and took a picture before she cooked it so we could see it! She brought the pizza to our car and showed us, and it made our day so much better. I'm not even joking when I say we could taste the love in the pizza.

Nonexistent customer service. The employee claimed that my delivery was switched to carry out even though the tracker kept showing time to delivery. I came to the store because an hour had passed. The staff was unconcerned with my situation and brushed it off. She attempted to hand me the old dry pizza with one of them being stuck to the box. This area is plagued with businesses that require additional training in public relations.

Ordered many times as they are a popular chain. However, off-late they are doing their business unethically. Secretly charging customers without their knowledge. Their app is faulty which overcharged me for an order.

Tonight me and my husband ordered a edge pizza and boneless mild buffalo wings and we are soooo pleased we did! First the pizza was perfect! And the wings were amazing! And they only took an hour for delivery! Thanks to the team at the Dallas Parkway in Frisco!

Food was deliverer hot and fast. Delivery guy was warm and made sure he met me just as I asked Glad that this went smoothly from start to finish.

Ordered a thin crust pizza and some wings. Food was OK (pizza seemed a bit salty) and wings barely had any hot sauce on them. Staff didn't seem too enthusiastic in service. Wierdly there were no paper napkins for us to take, but we had to ask the staff, who are handing them sparingly.

And when asked for Ketchup, they said they don't serve ketchup (which felt odd), so had to go the Target next door to buy a bottle of Ketchup.

Nothing so special about the place to go back again.

Dont do it! I ordered pizza 1 hr ago still not here kids starving. One driver working at location they dont have enough ppl to deliver. Cold food is expected.

Updated review. Friday night delivery only took 1/2 hour. Everything was correct, delivered hot and in good condition. Upgrading to 5 stars for this interaction.

Previous review: Consistent readiness of food for take out is a plus here. The quality of the food is also consistent at this location. A year ago we had all but given up on Pizza Hut and Yum Brands in general. Since they have moved this location, we gave them a try and were pleasantly surprised. Pizza take out is simple, have it on time and get the order right. They do both very well.

Staff are friendly and efficient. The small dining area is always clean and well organized.

Pervious review some months back. This one is 8/25/17. Orders are starting to consistently be late. I'm not talking about a few minutes. Today it was 30 minutes. This location seems to be slipping as this is it the first time.

This experience was highly unfavorable. My order was to be ready for curbside at 4: 25pm. At 4: 35pm another car pulled up and received their order. I sat in my vehicle until 4: 50pm before getting out and going inside to find out what the delay was. This was after the "manager came out at 4: 30pm to inform me it would be a "few more MINUTES. " When I entered there were several employees standing around and none greeted to say they would be with me. The person who took the other vehicles order out was trying to process their payment. Not even sure how he got his order without paying first. Anywho, when someone finally decided to acknowledge my presence they said, "we don't have an order for Denise. " The guy who came out to tell me it would be a few more minutes pulled it out of the warmer. So my order has been sitting there for nearly 30mins while I was sitting on my vehicle waiting for someone to do their job. That guy said he was the manager who was nonchalant about the entire ordeal, then blamed an employee. Robert has no customer service nor managerial etiquette. I then asked for the franchise owners number and name, no one had a pen, they used a marker. Then I asked for this persons name and Robert refused to give it to me. He finally said her name is "Nancy, " but I'm not even sure he was telling the truth.
I will never order from this location ever again! The customer service is lack luster and the employees stand around. I tip every time and this time I'm mad that I even provided it.
Oh, and my order was incorrect. My pizza was burned, all 3, the wings were dry and my Edge pizza was cut normally.

Very warm welcoming front desk.the way we were greeted, amazing. Plus he did not charged us for extra ranch.happy staff, happy customers.

The pizza was good, but the delivery person forgot my drinks and part of my order. I called the manager and he said he would refund the entire order, but after several days no refund at all.they lost me as a customer. 2 stars because what food I received was average.

I love Pizza Hut, but this location is horrible! The past two times I’ve ordered from here the guy immediately calls me on his way from leaving the store, and ask if I can come down to leasing office and pick it up. Im sick this time around, and asked him if he could drop it off at my door. I gave him specific directions on how to find my apartment. No luck. I ended up walking up and down the hallways trying to find him and he was nowhere to be found. I called the store and canceled my order. The shift manager Monroe said he would cancel it and refund my money, but there was no apology or let me see if can call the driver. Nothing! Just hear you go, Bye!

I know these are trying times, so I appreciate the effort. But honestly, the thin crut cheese pizze was overcooked and dry. The pepperoni pizza was good, so was the veggie. Also, the app kept saying the pizza would be delivered at 10: 02 pm, when after 10: 02 pm it was still in the oven. Oh, and we wanted breadsticks - my son had specifically asked for that on his birthdday - but it was out of stock. Hopefully, it will be better next time.

What the hell! Are you really trying to take the order or just passing time. First of all its a huge long wait on call, despite of wait if we try to get what we want. Employee repeatedly asks the same thing, if you have a problem with your phone, try switching them rather spoiling peoples time and mood.

Very bad customer service and rude people speaking on phones to take the order. And have zero knowledge on what the store serves and what it doesn't. Before starting to take calls, make sure you know what your place offers and what it doesn't.
