Pizza Hut, Rockwall TX

They're very rude and the my order is either wrong or cold. This last time I ordered it was both. There have been times I've ordered and never received my food.

This is what I received when I asked for a pizza with pepperoni and jalopenos. Called and the manager laughed and said call corporate. I lay money it was a teenager and not a managers Society is doomed when our youth behave as such and show such lack of respect. Parents you are the reason they feel things like this are funny.

I ordered online and went to pickup the order. I should have opened the boxes to check the pizza as the pizzas were wrong. Although Pizza Hut remade my order for free, the order was not made correctly again and it wasn’t ready when I got there even though I waited and arrived after the promised timeframe. I got the correct pizzas but one of the pizzas didn’t have the correct ingredients and sauce on it. I didn’t bother to go back. I have heard this restaurant has had issues in the past, but I haven’t issues with this location until
this visit. Disappointed: (

Charged me for delivery and then didn't deliver the pizza. They called 30 min later after the "pizza tracker" said it was out for delivery. And said "we can't deliver it all the way out there" we live 1.4 miles from the pizza hut. Sounded like the kid on the phone was just being lazy.

Food Poisoning from the pepperoni or chicken flatbread.
Called store and they said just wait 2-4 hours until manager comes in. Not even like we will check or make sure it’s not happening again.

If I could, I would give this place a -0. Went directly to the store as I had just driven from Preston /George Bush and brought them a coupon from a newspaper/mailed flyer for a large 5 ingredient pizza with either original crust or thin crust for 13.99 Carryout Special. The cashier looked at the coupon frowned and said we do not honor Corporate coupons. After much discussion about that poor decision I asked, well what can you offer? He answered we have a large single item for $7.99. I explained I really was looking forward to having a pizza with a little more items/taste. He said the best he could do was a medium pizza with three items on it. I finally agreed and added a fourth item for extra money. The finished pizza was the smallest “medium” pizza I have ever seen.
The pizza tasted terrible. I think they forgot the cheese. Pizza Hut is my favorite but I will never give my business to this particular Pizza Hut again. Doesn’t a franchise owner have to abide by corporate ads and honor them? The fact it brings people to your door, it seems crazy not to honor them. HE actually recommended I go back across the bridge and take the coupon to the Lakeview Pkwy Pizza Hut. He also stated that if I would have placed my order on line they would have had to honor it. REALLY! Too bad I was driving and could not access anything on-line.

Please cut the pizza! Every time we go the pizza is partially cut and we have to tear up the entire thing. I ask this on every survey for this location to correct it. I may say a prayer next time for a cut pizza.jk

Make sure your order is correct given I have ordered from here twice in the past 2 months (proximity to my home), and the desired crust was not correct both times. Frustrating given I had to wait for them to make another pizza.

I had a great experience today from Pizza Hut. Toppings perfect, cut perfectly, and temperature fantastic.

Ordered a pizza and a 2 liter for delivery. I wasn’t told that my food was going to be delivered by doordash instead of Pizza Hut themselves otherwise I wouldn’t have ordered it. The doordash drivers are not equipped with the pizza bags that keep your food warm and my pizza was cold. He also didn’t have my 2 liter and said Pizza Hut never gave him a 2 liter. I called Pizza Hut and simply asked for my money back it’s no big deal, the guy on the line told me he was going to credit me $10 for the inconvenience and I told him that’s fine I just wanted the money back for my drink period. The guy was clearly gassing me up because here I am a week later and never got my money or my 2 liter. Just the 3.99 or whatever would be fine but nothing…

Our order tonight was a disappointment. The wings hardly had any sauce on them, and the stuffed crust pizza had a hard ring around it just inside the crust that was so tough we couldn't bite through it. It was like it was stale from sitting around for hours. We usually get good food from this Pizza Hut, but after tonight, it will be a long time before we place another order.

We order from this Pizza Hut at least once every two weeks. It is delivered quickly, and the pizza is always amazing.

Lunch time. No one up front. Finally order and come back to pick it up. No one up front. You are a restaurant. Maybe be up front during LUNCH? !

This location is great. Just ordered a pizza and a 2 liter drink. The driver called to let me know they didn't have cold 2 liter Pepsi. I really appreciate the heads up. Great customer service, Danny!

This time around the wings in box dinner were dry and the wing sauce spilled all over pizza.

Pizza very undercooked. Had to order another item to bring up to minimum delivery price had 3 wings for 9.99 6 wing halves also tasted bad trashed half the pizza and wings cost 32 dollars. Will say that it arrived fast. That is my last try at pizza hut. Food sucked outrageous price
