20Well, I just had the last pizza that I will ever have at Pizza Hut. Congrats on losing a customer by under cooking and under topping your food.
Gross. Ordered the big new Yorker with "extra cheese". Was horrible. Don't bother paying 2.50 for extra cheese.they apparently ignore this every time I pat for it.done with this place
I order wings and 3 pizza all hand tossed cause online stated the were out of pan for my kids while I was not home. It got delivered and when my daughter open the pizza box one was made thin crust and looked hard. Clearly the receipt and the online order say hand tossed not sure what happened but this should have not happen. Pizza is not cheap now I have a whole pizza nobody is going to eat. This is very disappointing SMH
My order was placed at 6: 47pm at 7: 30pm receive a text saying my order was delivered. Go outside no food worred I called mgr and she sounded upset with me. And tell me to call in 15 if it not there she would cancel and still make my food when I called back she was gone sure she was I drove there thus place suck the customer service is trash. Will NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN
Placed an order @ 5: 39pm i got confirmation that it would be ready in 35-40 mins its now 8: 18pm no order no call nothing.
I just called the store and apparently the electricity went out and that they couldn’t make any orders/calls I completely understand that its out of their control but I’m pretty sure if I didn’t call they weren’t gonna inform me that they weren’t gonna make my order and they didn’t even tell me if i would get my money back or points that i used with the order.
I ordered my pizza at around 5: 35. I received a text at 6: 34 saying my pizza will arrive at 6: 43, it didn't, I called them at 7, a woman said she would make it fresh and bring it to me herself, but I told her I'll just pick it up myself. My pizza was made correctly but under cooked an just a little warm. 2 hrs from ordering to the table
When I called I sat on hold for 5 mins & then was hung up on! I tried to use app and wasn't working!
I placed an order on 7/14/2022 I received an email confirmation as well as the tracker update that my order was received and in the oven. My order NEVER arrived. This is the the second time this has happened with no explanation, no phone call from the store NOTHING. This is highly unacceptable and extremely disappointing. When I realized that my order wasn’t coming I tried to reach out to the store but it was closed. Management or the store needs to do better with communication and let customers know if their orders want be delivered instead of having the customers waiting on something that’s not coming. If I could have given no stars I would have. I’m highly disappointed.
Focus on making great pizza and keep politics out of it. Woke with a coke what a joke. Should have gone to Zukos.
Whoever the shift manager is at 2927 Ridge Rd in Rockwall, Tx is an absolutely disgrace to the Pizza Hut brand. Very rude, withheld name, hung up in my face 3 times all over an $18 order. Hopefully the calls are recorded so they can be reviewed. She is a tall Caucasian lady with dark hair and I have never experienced this type of customer service from an establishment, EVER. I'm still mad at that lady. Phillip the real store manager resolved this issue very professionally and I was please that he contacted me on his off day and understood where I was coming from. Offered a credit and additional training for staff. Thank you Phillip.
Usually the pizza I get is really good but this last time it was Good in the car then got really hard at home?
Shout out to Pizza Hut! Order was mistakenly delivered to the wrong house. But it was quickly and easily resolved they remade my order and delivered it quickly! Thank you for great costumer service!
Let your employees know how valued they are. Took my pizza over 45 mins to arrive because a drive had quit that day. My delivery man was amazing and friendly.apologizing for taking so long.

Worst Pizza Hut in Dallas. Pizza cold and never follows directions. Only time you get your pizza right is when you pay cash or pick up at store because only then they have to face you.
The pizza was not hot when i received it. Also, i had given instructions about how to cut it, but that was completely ignored

My pizza was wrong in my order they did not look at my request on the supreme pizza. I requested no green peppers and replace with green olives. May just have been an over site on the preparer. Pizza was good.
We ordered pizza, waited an hour as we tracked it. Only to find out it was refunded and we were never notified of such. Instead of contacting us there was no communication.
