Pizza Hut, Alvarado TX

We had last nights dinner delivered from this store and it was the Best pizza! It was cooked perfect and exactly how we ordered it. Also the delivery driver was a very nice and polite young man!

This has to be the absolute WORST pizza I have ever had in my life! Crust was horrible and barely any cheese at all, 1 mushroom per slice, 2 black olives per slice! Save your money and go someplace else. Absolutely the WORST pizza EVER!

I placed a pick up order for the New York style pepperoni pizza. It was burnt. I asked her to make it over. She said with an attitude it’s gonna come out the same oven. And then she said, do you want a refund? No I want my pizza I reply, but that’s OK just give me my money back that then take 5 more minutes smh‍️

I would give zero stars if possible! Not once have I ever ordered from here and there not been a issue. Waited months decided to try again and nothing’s changed. Ordered pizzas at 3pm to be delivered 5pm seen them on tracker being made at 4pm 530pm and they still are not here. This place in Alvarado is terrible and management has attitude! DO NOT GO THERE! GAS STATION PIZZA IS LESS DRAMA!

Food from this location is usually pretty good and hot. However, the two pizzas we ordered MUST have been old or leftovers. It was cold and seriously over baked.

Orderd at 730, I called at nine and said i would have it at 930. RIDICULOUS.
I've order several times previously and order has been wrong multiple times. This location sucks.

Service and food beyond expectations. Will definitely be back. I wish more restaurants could be like them.

Only complaint I have is they have me "one" (I wouldn't even qualify it as one; the cup was less than half full) measly cup of sauce with a double order of cheese sticks.

I came for the cheese sticks and left with a bitter remorse for society. I went in during my lunch break hoping to get some delicious cheese sticks and placed my order at the register. I took a seat at in an empty chair to wait for my order and that's when I started noticing a weird feeling. It was like a sense of dread had come over me. I couldn't tell why but maybe it was just the atmosphere. Everybody just seemed angry and hostile. I was getting stares from all the employees but they weren't staring at me, it was like they were looking into my soul, maybe even just looking through me. It was almost like a cold, depressed angst feeling I was getting from them. About 20 minutes had passed and then I heard my order was ready. It was almost immediate that the tension in the air was completely gone. I grabbed my order from the pickup counter and admired my amazing looking cheesesticks and thays when I overheard on the phone that some teacher had been waiting for their order and was wandering where it was, since they don't get a very long break. The guy on the phone immediately hung up on them and gave me the same stare as earlier. Now at this time, I grabbed my cheesesticks and high tailed it out of there without asking for any sauces.

I still give them a 5/7 for how delicious they were even though the experience was terrible.

Pizza is either excellent or awful if the product was more consistent I would have given 5 stars as I never have issues with service

First time at this location & Sarah was very sweet! Will be coming again excellent customer service!

I ordered a specialty pizza. It was a medium hand tossed, white sauce, chicken, ham, and pineapple and a 2 liter Dr pepper.the last time I ordered it the cost was very reasonable. This time they wanted $33.56 outrageous. You would think it would be the same price every time. Each time it's different. It seems to get higher each time. I love the pizza but I cannot afford to pay this price. It's very sad. I don't know how they come up with these prices. Won't be eating there any more. Can't afford it. It's just pizza but you'd think it was steak. I can get a steak dinner at the Roadhouse with the sides for so much cheaper.

You know we all get rattled sometimes. I'm still rattled. I went to pick up pizza for work from the pizza hut at Alvarado. There was a big man employee and he was cursing out his coworker and threatening her. I asked her if she was okay and what in the world was happening and who is that guy. She said she was his boss. He came from the back and started yelling at me for asking if she was okay. I flipped a bit. Come at me and seeeeee. I'm so sick of men and women being hateful to each other. See something. Say something. I sure did.

I thought to myself, is this a Momma, working hard on Mother's Day? Probably was.

I ordered online - it was super quick and easy! The Edge pizza was soooo delicious I'll order it again and again!

The absolute worst location around. If you want pizza in a timely manner, the way you ordered it, without half your order missing, DO NOT order from the Alvarado location. Denise (mgr) is a pathetic excuse for a mgr or customer service rep. They left off part of our order then said it would be an hour and a half before they could bring the rest. She refused to refund the order too. We will be calling corporate.

This is a great place to go to get a pizza Denise barrios is the nicest person and is always so kind highly recommended this pizza hut to everyone.
