Pizza Hut, Amarillo TX

In the past, I haven't had very good experiences with this or any other pizza hut. I actually haven't ordered it in years because of that. I'm so glad I gave them a shot last night! The pizza was amazing, not just thrown together. The guy working the counter was very sweet! Over all an amazing experience!

Ordered inside for carryout because they are still no dine-in; but they were very quick and friendly.

And again made a big order of pizza.pizza is as always great but didn't put the sauces I paid for in the box or bag

I just moved in the area about 2 months ago and have been at this location about 5 times. They are really nice and I haven't had one problem with my order. The lady Arvie, I believe is her name, is super nice and welcoming! Every time I come in she talks it up with me and even remembers my name. As someone who works in the service industry I know how hard it is to keep a smile and positive attitude the entirety of a shift! So to her and the rest of the crew, Thank you!

Don't go there, hard to order and bad service. I think a lot of other chains can "out pizza the hut".

Don’t keep site updated on what they do have or don’t have. I don’t paid 30 plus dollars and get a call a couple minutes after my purchase they don’t have item. I ask to speak to manager and “Paige” was rude about it, I can hear her saying that I didn’t want to wait on hold. No, I wanted to be told if I could just go to another one and she made it a big deal over their items not being updated online. RIDICULOUS

Western store makes the best pizza-just the right amount of toppings, and cooked perfectly.

Who ever takes your order phone orders. You need to retrain her or get rid of her. She had one excuse after another not to take an order or deliver. What a wast. Never had any issues what so ever with any other Pizza Huts at other locations.

Update: $40 goes to your competitor Domino's few blocks away.

I called five times from eight to 9 o’clock no freaking answer. This Hass to be the worst Pizza Hut in the world. They finally answered and I’ve been waiting for an hour on my pizza still not answering the freaking phone. They said it would be 45 minutes I specially don’t like being lied to

This has been the 3rd time I have placed orders online to get told its a 3 hr wait. But when my pizza order has arrived its cold and definitely looks like it's been sitting there. When try to talk to Manger I get hung up on or to inform about cam it be fresh its "yup with attitude " than just keeps getting worse with customer service at this location with phone and delivery its like don't care about service just want the money ($tip)

I am very disappointed with my food. I ordered a large pizza and wings. The food took an hour to arrive and at that was cold and you could tell the pizza was sitting there a while. Although the wings were cold as well they tasted fine is it fine after they were warmed up. Is. The pizza however tasted weird and wasn't fresh at all. I called to complain and see if I could get my money back, since it tasted horrible and no one is going to eat it. I only asked for my money back on the pizza because the wings were decent. The employee Darby said she would give me a $15 credit to order food again. I appreciate the offer but I advised her I prefer to get the credit back on my card. She argued with me that she cut the pizza herself and said it looked just fine. I told her that The fact that it even took an hour to get here and it being cold is bad enough. I definitely understand sometimes they could have busy times or not have enough drivers and the wait time is long you get an approximate time of delivery and I was willing to wait but I would have expected it to at least be warm! The employee had a bad attitude and made it seem like I was in wrong for my dissatisfaction! Smh

I would normally rate this higher but the store got my order wrong. Was missing part of my order. Store had changed my order to reflect that, which is good. But when I asked the delivery person about the missing item, he seemed apathetic and just replied that the store didn’t charge me for it,

Prices are higher then then other similar places with the same kind of food. They don't have an open lobby and and the quality of their food it's not as good as other similar places.

It took 45 minutes to get less then 5 miles from the store to my house. The chicken Alfredo was bad and my kid got food poisoning from it. The food was cold by the time we got it.

This was the first time I had to wait for over an hour to get the food that was ordered online and delivered by Pizza Hut. Please explain.

I went to order online at 1: 34 your website missed up so i called to store to get a free pizza from my points. I was told i had do it on line and they was haveing trouble. I got your website to work around 4: 00 that day. U lost me as a customer
