16I ordered 4 Diet Pepsi 20oz drinks with my food order. The delivery driver brought 4 bottles of Pepsi. When I pointed out that she brought the wrong thing, she argued with me saying, "I only brought what they gave me! " She's still responsible for checking the order before delivering it to me. I refused to accept delivery of the drinks, which made her very upset. Very poor attitude throughout the entire ordeal. When I tried calling the store to speak to a manager, I was directed to a call center. I was hung up on 3 times before someone told me that I could not talk directly to the store and that I would have to call customer service. To top it off, the pizza was not correct. I ordered a Pepperoni Lovers with extra cheese. I could count the number of pepperoni on the pizza. Definitely shortchanged on the amount of meat provided.
The employees were amazing but they had no air or no fans! I feel bad for the employees they shouldn't be sweating while standing there. They need air! Fix it!
Pizza was soggy and greasy. The workers act like they don't want to be there. During my wait, a door dasher was picking up an order, but cancelled it cause it wasn't ready yet. Wouldve been ready in 10 mins, but by the time the customer would've gotten their pizza it would've been nasty. Everything was horrible. Would never go back
Stopped ordering Pizza Hut for 5 years. I gave them another shot and they just didn't live up to expectations. They had old dough.
Today our order was a disappointment, everything was burnt therefore super dry and it didn't taste good, totally not acceptable, we don’t ant to make a big deal about this, we just hope someone from management see this post so another family don't experience this.
They need to get rid of that dragon tails system and door dash. Everyone complains on how they sometimes don’t even receive their orders cause door dash don’t even deliver it. Then the store has to make it right by loosing out money in making the order again and have one of their delivery drivers take it the second time.
Also they don’t have their own drivers cause they don’t pay enough and no one wants to work. But the only ones they do have SHOULD BE TAKEN VERY GOOD CARE OF. Door dash will take over the system and not let Pizza Hut drivers take orders until door dash takes most of them, while the Pizza Hut drivers sit in the store and wait till they can get at least one. That is sad that the company would rather pay contractors than their own employees.
One or two will make things right for customers out of their own free will just to help out one another both the customer and the company.
Y'all are trash. Placed an order 2 hours before close and still can't manage to even let me know your not coming after taking my money and keeping me waiting. Too late for anything now. 2nd time at a 2nd location this has happened. Pizza Hutt is trash, used to be my favorite but it seems it time to move on.
I don't understand. This is a delivery location that doesn't have drivers? So door dash has to be available to deliver orders but can't guarantee there will be a driver available to pick it up. This means cold pizza that has been waiting to be picked up. Once it shows picked up (picked up after the delivery was supposed to already be made) its a 25 min to drive 5.3 miles? Anybody know who still has their own drivers? I will order from those places. App says the order is out for delivery 20 min ago but the driver still shows they are in the parking lot at pizza hut.
Don't order from this location. Takes over 2hrs for delivery even though when you order online it says it'll take roughly 45-50mins. And when you call, they put you on hold multiple times. Waste of time, just order from somewhere else.
Did a online order for a later pick up at 730pm. Placed order at 620pm. Arrived early hoping it would be done soon. Nope, almost 8pm when it was brought to the counter.
Don't order at this pizza hut. After 2 hrs, 2 phone calls, they delivered my order to someone else and can't promise delivery time of the remake. This is from the manager.
Possibly the best pizza ever. Shoutout to Kevin. He’s the og. He told me we share a name and initials and I loved it! He was friendly and we had a great talk about anime
Just plain good pizza can't go wrong with an icon in the industry, quality has suffered since everything has opened back up.
I order delivery through DoorDash and waited for my food to be delivered. After looking at the door dash app it kept telling me my order was arriving soon but I never received my order. I waited a few and called the location only to be talked to a in a very rude manner by the manager Paula. She was very inconsiderate kept telling me I ordered carry out instead of delivery which was not true I had the app info to prove that. She was very unprofessional and kept talking over me. I will not patronize this establishment again. The manager definitely needs more training in customer service.
Last night I encountered the RUDEST employee ever at this location (Paula) or at least that what she told me her name was she didn’t have a name tag on. I placed an online order just before 11pm last night for delivery. The website advised me that the order had to be over $12 for delivery, so I added more items. The order was accepted and the delivery tracker advised the order would be delivered at 11: 16. Well after 11: 20 I decided to call because the order was still showing in the getting prepared state. I decided to call the location when I encounter this rude employee Paula, I began to inquire about the order delivery explaining what the online system was showing me. Paula go on to say we are not delivering your order, I asked so were you going to call and tell me that. She goes on to say NO I WASNT GONNA CALL YOU THATS NOT MY JOB I DONT NEED TO CALL YOU. WE DONT DELIVER THE LAST HOUR OF THE NIGHT. I said well the order is showing that it’s still pending your completion before delivery. She continued to be rude and didn’t want to hear nothing I was saying. I ended the call and drove up to the store. I enter the store and begin to explain myself once again and show the employee what I was seeing on my end, which she DID NOT CARE! She went to say that’s not my problem we don’t deliver in the last hour so you have to pick it up. She rudely advised that she wasn’t giving me the pizza since I matched her energy and cancelled my order. I am seeking further information on this store location as this matter needs to be resolved.
My son loves pizza what kid doesn't lol well we were down here visiting family and decided to order carryout
The pizza, wings, bread sticks were all good my son really liked the pizza cause he almost ate the whole pie
The order was correct, good customer service, on time, everything hot and fresh
